35Salesman was very pushy and refused to acknowledge the issues that I made clear about the vehicle. The car had some slight body damage under the rear bumper cover, the rear bumper cover was not original and damaged, and the trunk lid was dented. The salesman insisted the only problem was the trunk lid and that we could have it fixed ourselves at another shop “for 200 dollars”. Pressured us quite a bit, was difficult to deal with, and would not make any accommodations for the issues. Needless to say we brought our business elsewhere.
Came in to look at Rav 4s on New Years Eve. Not one sales person was out side. When my husband and I win inside all the staff would look the other way a no one approach us. When I finally found a staff person talking to coworker I asked if they were working there And whether they could assist in pointing us in the right direction to look at used models. A gentleman walked out the door and pointed At the available vehicles and then returned indoors. No one came out to talk to us or enquire on whether we were interested in any of the models. Although I do not want somebody to hound me about a sale I would prefer that somebody come and ask me if I want assistance. I will not return to this dealership after the negative experience.
I cannot say enough about the great service I get at Maita Toyota. Your service department is top notch and I will continue to bring my car to this dealership, where I purchased it. Being a former Honda Owner. I am now converted to a loyal Toyota girl! Well done Maita

I was impressed at first when I was looking and they were trying to get me into a car. So polite so friendly, made me feel welcome. I won’t go into detail but had to bring car back and wow after that I was a nobody! Rude, short, disrespectful. Sorry I was such a bother. Smh

Having owned some premium vehicles they always cleaned the vehicle as part of the service.
Worst service I have ever received. Came for the financing department twice and both time left with no help at all wanted to hours each. Associates just stand around not even asking if anyone needs help. Worst location to visit.avoid at all cost.
Bed service, today 9/10/2018 I was at this service and waiting from 8AM to 5PM hope fix my car Toyota Sienna slide door and back door handle but they nothing doing, but charging $296 as for estimate it problem. No parts in warehouse. Man Zak at service reception lie me and nothing do for my car Toyota Sienna 2001. I never going again back here. People lets go to other service car in Sacramento for fix problems with yours cars. It will cheap and fast. And true.

This is for the service area please don’t look at this from the sales area. The service department takes forever to come out and serve you. While they have a good price for oil change, they don’t treat you with respect. They blamed my air filter and cabin air filter to be dirty even though I changed it a day earlier before coming. So far I’m unsastifed with the experience.
We need a new ride and know where to get it from.

Friendly and efficient. I didn't have an appointment, but I needed a new battery ASAP. I was there for less than 1 hour.
This was my first visit to Maita Toyota for service. I didn't lease my Highlander from them. When I took it to the dealer I leased it from, the service wait times were 3-4 hours, even with an appointment. Not acceptable to me. When Edgar Sanchez told me it would only be 1: 20 minutes, I thought that was great. But they completed the service in 1 hour! They will have my business from now on.

Unfortunately I changed my review on Maita Toyota
After costly 30 000 maintenance service I had a very bad oil leak in the garage. It was black oily substance. It was difficult to remove from the floor. I drove back next day and they fixed the problem (someone forgot to tighten the container. I will never do any service at this place.
This is a customer orientated business. Comfy seats, tv, hot drinks to food offered.
Only 2nd to Roseville's Toyota, because it's food area offers healthier food & considered going there just for this food! Also, the prices are bearable!
