Maita Toyota of Sacramento

I have 2 cars a Nissan and a Toyota, and when i do a service at Maita Toyota they never wash or clean my car and i always have to ask them, but when i get my car check out my Maita Nissan they never return my car dirty

Got an oil change and brake inspection for our "new to us" 2012 4Runner. The service staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't try to upsell and were honest about the brake conditions that didn't need replacement yet (just slight squeaking at 10-20% pressure at some driving conditions). Quick drop off early morning and pick up after 6pm was great.

This dealer was my favorite place I had gone to purchase a car. I came in too be greeted by Sagar Sigdel. Extremely professional employ and did everything he could to help me. Was very energetic showing me the car I wanted. He was able to help me and worked around my budget and I was able to take the car that day. If you go here I highly recommend talking to Sagar Sigdel as he was very helpful and best seller I spoke to while car searching.

This is a terrible place. If I could put -5 I would put -5. Constant lies in the face. People who work in this place do not respect the time of their clients. To solve a very simple problem, I needed to visit this place 5 times. If you value your time and respect yourself, choose another place to inspect and purchase a car.

This was by far the best and fastest car purchase we have dealt with and we have purchased many cars. Eric was personable and made the deal at a price we couldn’t let Get away!

Maita does a superb job on maintenance and repair. They don't increase charges or find "issues" that need to "fixed" they are honest.

Friendly service.awesome waiting area.has free coffee.and small beverage center that offers drinks and snacks.cheap.

They did a 10K mile service while I had lunch. They had a lunch counter available in the dealer, but I chose to walk to the Haggin Oaks golf course and have lunch there. When I got back from lunch my car was ready. At other dealers sometimes it has been two hours before they even start working on my car, so this was a pleasant experience. I will be back.

I was there todey to lease highlander xle for 36 months with $1500 down payment 12000ml annually after spending more than an hour the sales manager told me my monthly payment going to be $796. For a second i tought i was in Mercedes Benz dealership tring to lease GLS 550. Very high prices bad customer service becuse they don't value your time

I'd like to rate service department 0 stars 1 will do took my truck in for oil change after 1hour and a half I was told they hadn't got to my truck and was told I was not updated because they thought I left when I was in the waiting room the whole time service department is horrible brian especially

The dealership lies. They tell you they can make it happen and I asked few times if it was possible to fit my montly payments with my budget they told me it was possible but once they run your credit they give you other payments. They do very bad business.

The staff is professional and trustworthy. The waiting area is spacious and clean. However, there is always a wait of uncertain length in the driveway despite having an appointment. Once inside, I don't mind waiting because it is very comfortable with a variety of seating arrangements - some near the TV, others on couches and chairs. I sat at a table and got some work done. The quality of service feels worth the wait.

Really nice and friendly people, I got approved to buy a brand new tundra here at Maita. Highly recommended 10 stars if it was possible! They treat you as family, Thank you Maita!

After waiting for 30 mins we had a service advisor telling us it will take another 2 hours to take for fitting the number plates in my brand new car.

Where to start. Maita Toyota purchase my 4runner, took month before I saw our payment. I got one excuse after another one.

Lance at Maita Toyota try to sell me a Honda Accord that it was not at that dealer, promise he can, and will have the ready for me, but never deliver on his promise. Never even call me to apologize, a simple I couldn’t get done would have been OK.
I have been a customer since 2012 but today it stops.
