Mancini's Sleepworld Mountain View

This review is for Cameron, he helped us choose the right mattress for us. He is very knowledgeable, respectful of our thoughts and showed us the best product within our budget. We have been mattress shopping for 2 days, his attitude and skills made the sale. Mancini Sleepworld we hope you are aware of what an asset he is to your buiness!

Richard helped us find the right mattress over multiple visits. He patiently explained our choices at a variety of price points. We just bought a queen size bed from Mancini's sleep world in Mountain view. The guy in the store (Mr. Richard Gonzale?) gave us very detailed introduction to every possible bed we might interest. He gave us very good service.

The delivery guy (Mr. Jbiro and Keben) did excellent job to deliver on time (in the raining day) and set up the bed and help recycled our old bed.

I have bought one King mattress (Beautyrest Black C-class) from Roland at Mancini's in Mountain View, and it was a wonderful experience. Actually in the display room, I could not find the mattress which I was looking for, but Roland gave me a good information and helped me get what I wanted. I’d like to recommend Mountain View Mancini's if you are looking for quality service.

I bought a tempur-pedic mattress at the mountain view Mancini's. When I bought the mattress, Mancini's threw in $300 worth of "free" stuff (a pillow and a mattress cover, for $300!). Before buying, I asked about the return policy. I was told it's $99 to return the mattress within 100 days. The mattress did not work out for me. When I returned it, they then charged me $99, plus the $300. I did not need the pillow & cover (certainly not a $200 pillow), but now I'm out of $300. They do not take the "free" stuff back, no matter what. I tried reaching the customer service department, it took about 7 calls over 5 days (no one ever, not once, returned my call. It always went to voicemail) to speak to someone. They said "sorry, can't help. No, we will not give you even a little store credit " and that was that. Overall, I feel like I was cheated. If they had told me that I'd have to pay for the so-called free stuff if I return the mattress, I'd have just said no to the "free" stuff. Bad return policy, terrible customer service.

Expensive. Found same mattress at Furniture outlet in watsonville. This place tries to steal money.

Huge shoutout to Bryan! Recently bought bed, mattress, and box from this store, after going to ikea, many mattressfirms, and another mancini's in the area. Bryan was super helpful but not intrusive; he was helpful in explaining the differences between mattresses, giving me time to try out ones at various price points, and in general seem in no rush to push for a deal. Nonetheless he cut me a great deal in the end, one that I can comfortably say (after a ton of research) you can't beat, even from online e-commerce stores, etc. Great experience, 10/10 recommend:)

I have bought multiple beds and mattresses at various price ranges and the quality and service have been perfect. I'm always wary of where and how I spend my money and I'm glad these quality investments have paid off. I wasn't sure what I was looking for during my first trip (7 yrs ago) but they helped me find the right fit and didn't pressure my wallet. Bought two mattresses and frames last year and love them!

I recently bought 2 queen mattresses from Bryan Becker at Mancini's and I loved the experience. Bryan was patient with me and I came in 2X and he remembered me. I bought 1 top of the line (very expensive) Aireloom and another Queen (high brand - Sterns & Foster). Bryan gave me a huge deal and discounts and through in pillows and mattress protectors. He worked within my budget and was super professional. I now have the beds at home and I am sleeping like a baby. Complete luxury. I would highly recommend Bryan as a sales executive at this location. He is honest and compassionate and wants to serve his customers.

Went to Mancini's in Mt View last month to purchase a long overdue new mattress. At first it was a bit overwhelming with the selection since I hadn't purchased in many years. I was greeted by Bryan Becker which was eager to take the time to show me what I've been missing out on. He was patient and gave me the confidence to choose the right mattress for me and listened to what was important for my needs. Settled on the Aireloom brand with adjustable base that best suited my comfort my needs. Happy to say one month later I'm one happy customer! My wife and I just bought a mattress from Bryan at your Mountain View location. We choose the Tempur-Pedic queen size. It was so nice dealing with Bryan. He is such a professional and so knowledgeable about all your products. We tried many, but ended up choosing the Tempur-Pedic. We’ve been sleeping on it now for about 5 days and both just love it, great choice:)

On Saturday, I brought a new mattress and adjustable bed from Mancini's in Mountain View. Bryan Becker, mattress specialist, assisted me. I am so impressed with his service, never pushy, gave me plenty of time and space to make up my mind, very knowledgeable about mattresses and bed frames, especially the adjustable kind. All my questions were answered, I felt very satisfied in my choice and totally felt it was MY choice not some salesperson trying to sell me something for his stake or the stores's.
