27I took my Prius in for a recall repair. Fortunately I called a week before to make an early Saturday appointment, they finished earlier than expected, cars running great.
Not the best place to buy a car. If u leave your car for servicing, they will drop u off, but they won't pick you up when your car is ready.
The staff was pleasurable to work with! They got me the exact vehicle i was looking for, and went the extra mile to get add-ons.

The time estimate was accurate. Service people nice and explained question on invoice. Their shuttle was 1 hour wait, so they took me locally and dropped me off using my car, which was a big help. Car wash was okay, not great. Not happy to discover I'd been sold a door dings coverage policy that wasn't honored at any but the dealership where car purchased. Will be following up with that dealer on this issue.
