Massimo's Pizza and Pasta, Costa Mesa CA

This restaurant is my preferred one. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very affectionate and the food they cook is so yummy. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice dinner in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Pizza comes out fresh and hot, cheese melting and stretching. High quality ingredients. Subs, pastas, grinders and salads are on the menu. Customer service is top shelf.

Massimos Family has the BEST Pizza. When I'm in town my sister and I always come here and the Brothers what can I say AWESOME

Best pie I've had in a long time. Will be back to try their pasta soon. Great to find an excellent local restaurant in Costa Mesa.

Very good Meatball sub and like that I can get Pizza by the slice as well. I will be a returning customer.

This place gives wonderful service and yummy menu. One of my favourite spots around here. The food and drinks arrived quickly and the rates were affordable. Highly recommended.

I ordered the Massimos Special pizza (medium) and veggie salad (large) for 35 bucks, I fed two big eaters and had some extra. Arrived well with in the ETA given over the phone. Delicious. Will order again.

Delicious hearty fresh pizza! Perfect after spending the day at the beach! Best service as well, very welcoming, 1st visit and we got treated like locals and restaurant regulars this will be our spot from now on.

Good pizza but my girlfriend and i ate pizza here for the second time and both times we had a Massive headache after, maybe the products they use have a lot of sodium or something but it happened both times
And I have had pizza from different places and never felt like that but good luck with your high blood pressure!

We've been coming here since high school. This time was a blast. Brought our son. I spotted kids told him go say hi, ended up meeting owners kids they had so much fun still best pizza ever.

The pizza had good flavor, but ordering by the slice left me wanting. The extra screws they added was melted, but the veggies were still cold. The ambiance was like a fast food place, hard booths and day-time TV on the screens. Counter service was quick. Prices decent. Wouldn't mind going again and ordering a whole pizza or a pasta.

The gentleman who took our order over the phone was very nice and the delivery driver was cool too which makes it a bit difficult to leave this bad review. Not sure how this place has so many good reviews. We ordered a large sausage pie, small 4 cheese specialty pie, and a side of two meatballs. The meatballs were so dense, tasted like dog food. The pizza was some of the worst I've had in a long time. Was hoping this pizza joint would meet expectations but it fell way short.

We heard about this Pizza and Pasta Restaurant from a friend and decided to try it. We were not disappointed!
Quick and friendly service. It took just the right amount of time to prepare and our pie was served very hot and fresh out of their oven.

There are a lot of Pizza restaurants on 17th street, Massimo's is by far the best. I've been going there with my family ever since I was a kid. I love Massimo's.

A local GEM! Absolutely love Massimo's I have been dining here for 30 years. I've had pies from NY Chicago and I would chose Massimo's over all of them. If you're in the area you owe it to yourself to stop by and enjoy this local delight:)

Hands down the best pizza around
We order every Friday, salads are great too! The ingredients taste fresh and not sodium laced processed junk.
I normally do not post reviews, but as we just moved here 3 months ago, I went by them to discover this great pizza. So now I am playing it forward!

The food was really good and the staff is convivial, just a little expensive (~$16 for a 14 inch pizza) and slow service (I went there when the restaurant was empty)
