I've been eating pizzas and salads for over 10 years here. Not only is the pizza/food is amazing so is the staff. You feel right at home. Love the booths and my 5 year old also loves the prize machines. Keeps him happy! Win Win!

Helped customize my pizza to accommodate my food allergies. Plain pizza with olive oil and garlic with four chesses and Basel was superb. Added mushrooms and chiken which took it to the top.

They have a great lunch menu. For $6.50 you can get a drink with a large salad and a slice of cheese pizza, you can't beat that price. The salad is always fresh and the pizza is the closest thing I've tasted to new York style pizza. A great family establishment.

Fantastic little pizza place. I'm from Kansas City and figured I would try it out. Had a small supreme pizza with a water for $17. The price may seem high for a "small" pizza, but its it equivalent to a medium somewhere else. It had an abundance of toppings. It wasn't super saucy like chain pizzas. It was definitely worth it.

The restaurant was clean with a movie channel playing.

Would definitely go back again.

Such a romantic setting. Such a great atmosphere. Love the food, love the owner, love the neighborhood. BYOB can never go wrong. I just can't think of anything negative to say. OH BTW.cal zone is a must have each and every time you go there. Just saying!

Awesome PLACE! Pizza by the slice done however you want. Their pastas are actually very good! I have eaten at 5 star pricey italian joints and Massimo's meatballs are the best ive ever HAD! Order the basic italian salad, the dressing with high quality mozzarella cheese they use is delicious. Been going there for the past 5 years regularly and never had a bad meal!

You gotta try their cold italian sub sandwich.amazing if you like Italian cold cuts, oil and vinegar, and the works on fresh crusty hero rolls. I grew up back East eating these kind of sandwiches, and Massimo's has one of the best I've ever had. Get a rootbeer with crushed ice to top it off.

If you say "coke & water" really fast it sounds like "coconut water". Visiting from Las Vegas with my bestie for the VW Bugarama show, and decided to check it out. Simple, delicious & fantastic food. Loved the marinara! And, they have a friendly, beautiful family.

36 years in business tells you something about the product.

Keep attracting new customers while maintaining their base of Eastside Costa Mesa and Newport clientele.
