McDonald's, Milpitas CA

There are 2 drive up lanes that u could use here and I got here 1st but, the cashier skipped me twice. They removed a couple of items on the menu like strawberry and caramel sundae, cone and yogurt parfait. The service was pretty fast. Didn't miss anything in my order. They just need to make sure its 1st come, 1st serve.

Ripoff. I visit McDonald's to get my mom her favorite vanilla icecream. I have wasted many precious hours of my life because most of the times, their icecream machine is *"out of order"*. Now they have started selling a $1.29 or $1.69 vanilla ice cream cone for $2.19 as icecream sundae. Its the same thing, but they say they don't have vanilla Icecream but they do have icecream sundae.

Also they don't sell breakfast items 24 hours like other McDonald's do. They start at 4am.

Always getting the order wrong, Ordered ICE coffee with extra caramel “40cents” more and I don’t even get it.

This place gives wonderful service and delicious meals. The best place in the area. The meals served quickly and the prices are inexpensive. I recommend this place.

Pulled up to inside lane and I heard a crackle from the speaker but wasnt greeted. They greeted and served 3 more cars on the outside lane before I was spoken to. It was several minutes and frustrating. Other than that the service was as expected

Hit or miss. There is a girl here that gives out the wrong soda just for fun. Not cool. I overheard

Always receive great customer service here. Love when Satinder is on shift. She is so kind hearted, she has even purchased food for me when I did not have any money! She is so funny yelling at her employees always making sure they aren't fooling around.

Had to eat something before a 2 hr graduation n we got it pretty fast at the counter at 5: 30 PM seeing they had 7 cars in the drive thru at the landess Milpitas one.

They don't put enough mustard on the burger. It should be one to one with the Ketchup. You want more Ketchup? Ask for extra. I don't want to order "extra mustard" for mustard. Only complaint.

It was really so good on the time going through drive thru I enjoyed my double cheeseburger very much

Today was my first time there. I had a breakfast and a senior coffee. Staffs there were polite and efficient. I like the environment over there.

Modern and plenty of seating. Typical meal fare. Aggressive customers jump in line. Me after waiting patiently for service at the counter some guy walks up and starts ordering. Other McDonald's ask for who's next. Fix it, managers! More training for the newbys is needed. The girl was a sweetheart, not her fault. Mgr's too busy helping with orders.

The food there is like any other McDonald the meat taste old and dry but the service could be better.and it's claustrophobic in there

Food is always good, the order is always correct, but the icecream machine is always broken, and you usually have to pull around and wait for your food.

Very bad service myself and coworkers everyday we go through every morning. They always mess up the order.

Dont hesitate to ask for freshly fried food. If your heart-attack food seems a bit stale. They were being a bit lazy and also in hopes not lose a few cents to sell you old food without complaints. Same at all locations. Freshly fried nuggets are awesome.

I mean, it's a McDonald's, there's not much to tell, except that even when they're not busy they still don't care about your food.

This location seems to be going down hill in terms of being managed. The signs for no ice cream, shakes, etc are just about always hanging on the drive through menus. I regularly order items and am told they don't have those right now (pies, parfaits, etc.). I've tried using the mobile ordering app and run into problems with them being able to handle it. It's really close to my house which is the only thing tempting me to not patronize another location.

They have a new self serve ordering system where they deliver your food and you place your order through a screen.

Remember to check your order before you leave. This place always forgets some of your order. Staff is nice and the place is clean.
