Food was good but drive thru lines were long and moved slow. They also failed to provide debit receipt. It was supposed to be in the bag but was not

Their Manager named Surrender is very rude. Her costumer service is not good. Far from ok. She’s also lazy.

My mom and I walked into this Mc Donalds.looking around, the table area was dirty. There was about 7 people, mostly men sitting at various tables eating or on their laptops. It was about 7: 15pm. There was 2 men waiting for their food. A woman came in from outside and told the manager that her oreo mix up ice cream that she just got in the drive thru looked as if it had been eaten so she wanted a new one. The manager rudely grabbed the cup from her hand and ripped the lid off dumped a bunch of oreo crumbs in the cup and pumped more ice cream on top.then she proceeded to blend the whole thing in the blender.and it exploded and went all on the manager and the manager got so upset.saying damn it, damn it. She then turned to the employee who was helping me and she said.see, you don't know what your are doing and everyone keeps coming back to complain about your work.and look what happened to me. She continued to mumble while she cleaned the machine and made another ice cream flurry for the lady but she didn't even blend it saying that she put extra in so it couldn't be blended. The lady took the flurry and left.then the manager turned to my employee and told him. "just go home after you're done.you don't know what you're doing"
The poor employee looked at the female manager confused and she just gave a look and walked away. A few minutes later when I got my food.there was a homeless man still waiting for coffee and I asked for my missing peanuts and I told a different employee that the "homeless" needed more coffee as he had his cup so the employee reluctantly filled the coffee cup for him.the female manager called the employee over.told her something. Then said, "you know what, go home.your shift is done.
This female manager continued to talk down to her employees. She bossed them around the full time I was there. There was no please or thank you to the employees.
I once worked as a manager of a fast food place and I always had respect for my employees. I felt so bad for the employees. I can see their fright in their eyes.
Before I left, I voiced my concerns to the manager and she told me to mind my business and that she was not rude to her employees. She then called me a B**** and told me to leave.
Needless to say, I did leave, this was not a professional attitude from a person who works in the customer service field. I really hope to hear from Mc Donalds. I did nothing wrong except voice my concern for those poor employees who have to be belittled, degraded and embarrassed because their young, inexperience female manager doesn't like her job or know how to be a considerate, compassionate, manager.
Mc Donalds. I hope you step up and get to the bottom of this. I hope I hear from you, and if not, know that you have lost a long time customer and that is a sad choice on your end.
