Great purchase at McKenna VW Cerritos! Got a good price on a brand new car, and big thanks to Rey and especially Aaron for helping me out. I came in to look a few weeks ago, and Aaron even let me take a look in the back to see a new model that wasn't out yet. When I was ready, he even took my call on his day off to answer some questions for me. While I was there, both Rey and Aaron took care of me and made the process as smooth as one could expect, even just to pass the time while waiting for financing. Also a big shout out to the guy at the parts counter who helped me with some accessories, I wish I could remember his name. Thanks, guys!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and without any hesitation I contacted Mckenna Volkswagon in Cerritos spoke with Aaron to schedule a sales appointment. Immediately Aaron superior customer services skill were very impressive including his wealth of knowledge on all the vehicles I was interested in and easily answering all my questions. What I was most impressed about Aarons sales skills was he asked me the right questions to better understand my needs/wants for a new car as well as my budget. Aaron earn himself 5 stars from being honest from the start creating an inviting environment without the haggling, pressure to upgrade and the attention to details. This is why I have purchased my second new car from McKenna and I plan to purchase the ID. 4 next.

The receptionist that makes appointments Ruby is extremely rude, she had me on hold for 30 minutes I hung up and called back and while I was talking to her she put me on hold 2x. She wouldn’t be working is she doesn’t want to do her job

This place is a joke. No one ever answers, no one ever answers their customer service line either, they’re so unhelpful, their mechanics don’t know anything about cars, and so much more. Useless. Worst dealership I’ve ever had a car from.

Worked with Eddie Del Angel and got a 2020 VW Tiguan all the bells and whistles. LOVE MY CAR! Eddie can make it happen.

What ever you do, DO NOT PAY CASH FOR PARTS HERE. I returned the manifold because for some reason, it didn't fit. That was on July 11. And here it is, Aug 3rd. And still no check as promised by the parts clerk. If you pay cash, they have you wait (I think they hope you forget) till they can mail you a check. And they blame it on the pandemic.
My wife, just bought a brand new Atlas. We went to Timmons. Its a bit further then Cerritos, bit well worth the drive for the customer service we received.

Worst service ever. They take ages to just do oil change service with appointment. Never go this place for servicing.

If you can avoid this place, do so. Bought a car, within a week engine light was on. I called them about it and they said they would get back to me. 2 weeks passed and I had to drive personally to tell them again and they said they would look at it. They had to replace a part in the car and said they would order the part and would arrive the following week by Tuesday. I called them Friday of the following week because they never reached out and they said they forgot to call me but I would have to wait the following Wednesday. I wait til the following Friday and still no contact. I had to personally go to tell them and they said i had to wait again Until the following week and just kept pushing out the date so I made do an appointment for me. Finally brought the car in for an appointment at 8am for them to fix it and said it shouldn’t take long. I wait until 12: 30pm and ask if they would give me an estimate time since I had to work since they said it wouldn’t take long and the guy tells me they are all out to lunch so he can’t give me an estimate time but most likely they wouldn’t get back to working on it until past 1: 30pm and then they would give me a time. Horrible customer service and very very unprofessional all around. If you can, avoid this place!

This dealer has very deceptive pricing tactics. They post a low price to lure you through the door. Once you are ready to buy the vehicle, they require you (and this is not an option) to pay $700 for a "protective coating" that they say has already been put on the car. I can tell you that after owning this car for 3 months, the paint has NO PROTECTIVE COATING on it. If it does, it's useless as the paint is already showing signs of imperfection from normal use. This "coating" is a SCAM designed to rip you off for an additional $700. They ALSO wanted to require me to use their financing when I already had my own, at a higher interest rate of course. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. Find a more reputable one to buy from.

Great experience, went from browsing on their website, to narrowing down to three top choices, engaging in two test drives and purchasing a car that I had done extensive research on. The staff and sales team were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Stop by to see Westley Mederios & he will take good care of you.

Great experience! Salesman Glen is a straight-shooter and doesn't give you a "pitch" when presenting a vehicle to you. The entire crew was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Michele, finance lady, is also very friendly and makes the paperwork go smoothly. Joe, General Mgr, bent over backwards to help us get an alarm system set up and get us out the door.

I cannot say enough good about the entire team at McKenna Cerritos and will definitely be a repeat customer.

So it took me a little while to write this due to my attorney getting documents to send to this dealer, I went and got another lease from this dealer, when I went in to choose my car the manger financial rep went out side to look at my car and says it's in excellent condition, if VW credit charges you we can give you a couple hundred to cover it, I explained that I did not want to have another huge car payment and owe them money on old lease, they stated no we will cover it! Francisco which was my sales rep he also texted me and said. That his manger would pay a couple hundred dollars just to send bill which I did, when it was time to pay Francisco said that the manger Joseph was no longer there and new management Toni said no! Mind you I have this all down in text messages, no apologies for lying or calls, it also took forever or them to pay my old lease off, I have had no calls nor have they paid VW credit, they are liars and will do anything to make a sale! I am very upset and would never ever recommend them again this is how they treat a person who already was there customer from a previous lease! Beware of them I would look for another VW dealer

Taylor Stewart was great. He helped us and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The car is in great condition and it was a great buy!
