Terribly Low Business Ethics!
Admitting to a mistake and sincere apology would be easier and more profitable in the long run! Everyone else has learned this simple tactic but someone still doesn’t get it. Sad.
I would keep my family away from this place.
Sales team are frivolous; they presented the price with enthusiasm and took it back after hours of negotiation trying to apologize for that the deal was actually meant for a different model. I walked right out of this place when offered other sweet deals, instead, that are obviously deceptive. I am not sure if it is their only underlying strategy that customers will fall for their idiotic, preposterous volubility.
I saw a woman signing the deal with them and felt very sorry for her. I hope she just doesn’t get to realize how badly she got ripped off today so that she can just stay happy with her new vehicle.
I had a terrible customer service experience on 03/30/18 my service advisor was Spencer In the service center. When I purchase my vehicle from this location I was sold a warranty $1672.00 that was to cover me for 36 months that covers windshield repair and tire / wheel road hazard
repair and paint dent repair. When I took the car in to have it serviced for a oil change I notify my adviser Spencer that a rock chip my window when I was on the freeway he told me that the window would not be repaired the chip was to small. So I asked for refunded of the warranty. Then on top of that my breaks had been making a squeaking noise two months after I purchase this vehicle i made a few appointments to bring the car back to have this looked into but i was unable to keep Schedule appointments due to i was sick with the flu so I brought this up to his attention. He acts like he doesn't recall me bringing this to his attention or the appointments that I missed. So he wants to charge me $50 dollars to look at my brakes. Wait a minute why are you charging me $50 for a brake inspection? I'm bringing my car in to have it serviced for a oil change which is supposed to include a check for all fluids and a filter and new oil and a inspection of the car which includes a brakes Inspection. So why are you trying to over charging me $50 for a brake inspection plus $80 for a oil change. He seem more disappointmented that he wasn't able to write a ticked up for a huge bill. Thanks for the customer no service you just lost a customer for good.
Great staff! All of them were very helpful throughout the process. The car is in great condition and it was a great buy!
Worst service ever. I took my car here and when I picked it up it was making crazy sound that was not part of my initial reason that I brought the car for service. This sound was coming out of the glove compartment area.
So I took it back in for them to look st. They told me it would cost me + $380 and I must preorder a part. I did that has been more than three weeks ago I keep calling to inquire about the part that the service advisor told me to pay for. I do not get a call, a text or even an email back. I paid the for part $200+
I think that is the worst service ever. MCKENNA must do this type of thing to unsuspecting customers. I would not recommend my worst enemy to take their car to this shady service place for a VW.
Francisco Ortiz was great from the first greeting to the last explanation of how to find & save your favorite radio station. Francisco did not push us for a sale, he patiently answered all questions. Everyone in this dealership were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed even though they weren’t our salesman. Fatima in finance was friendly, courteous and explained everything we signed. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone, at anytime. Francisco made buying our new car a very happy occasion, which is how it should be when you buy a new car. That’s why we came back to buy a second car, one for me and one for my boyfriend. Debbie did a great good at explaining what was found on the service inspection. She was able to explain what the importance and the time table for getting the work done that was needed for the car.

Stay far away from this dealership! Purchased a Jetta from them in 2016 I have made 26 payments of over $350 per month. I thought I originally bought the car for $10,000 I got paperwork in the mail and it showed me it was a $15,000 purchase on top of that at 18% Interest. I have made over $10,000 in payments and still owe $12,000 this place rips people off. Sad thing is I can’t even get out of this predatory loan I am upside down too much. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!
I stood there for a while without anyone offering to help. Everyone was chatting inside the office while a $30000+ sale was walking away.
Great service for my vw! Plus, they've got a tv and a burger joint. The remodel really beautified the place! Love coming here! Plus, Cerritos mall is near by!
After 4 months that we bought a vehicle and many calls to that place to asked the people whats going on with my plates we just received a call from " Rick "manager who told us that it was a problem and we need a smock check.after 4 months! How ridiculous its that.

I was so worried because my car didn't start. Especially because when it went out it was my first day back to work so my boyfriend had to tow my car to the dealer and get it diagnosed! Edgar the service provider i met on the phone kept in touch and kept updating me the whole time. While im sitting at work freaking out their update texts eased my worry. My car was ready for pick up asap. Awesome service. Awesome customer service!
I bought a car here last week and Glen helped us out. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the Jetta we were interested in as well as all of the VW products they offer. Al and Michelle helped out the rest of the way to end a very easy and pleasant car-buying experience.
Taylor Stewart was great. He helped us and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful. Al Perry the GM was awesome. He totally worked with us and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. This place is a joke not professional at all waste of my time and then service sales rep Latina does not know anything about volkswagens
My rep was Yessi in Cerritos and she was very helpful and pleasant! She kept in touch with me regarding the status of my car and all that good stuff! Her customer service was great!:)
I only came here for an oil change and also some other small repairs, my appoinment was at 12: 30 pm, it is 5 pm and im still waiting for my car, i asked the guy that's helping me if my car was ready about an hour ago, he said that they were washing it. Haha wow i cant believe this this is taking like forever, one thing is for sure im not coming back to this place.
Mrs. Debbie Moon was helpful and honest. If it were not for her- would have never serviced our car at a dealer. Thank you.
