MED7 Urgent Care Center

I went to Med 7 on July 4,2021 there was no doctor on duty. If there is no doctor on duty then close the clinic for that day. Let the staff stay home.

This is absolutely the worst place to go. The receptionist is rude and they show no empathy. This place should be shut down or the administration should all be fired and they should bring in actual professionals instead of these western career college idiots!

The receptionist claimed that my Blue Shield private insurance did not cover urgent care because it said “Sutter East Bay” on it, after I had already used that same exact insurance in the past before with them. I am not able to just drive to my primary physician in the Bay Area, that’s the whole purpose of being able to go to urgent care. I went to Natomas Urgent Care about a minute away and they were able to take me in right away.

This facility needs a ZERO star rating and shouldn't even be practicing medicine! Our company uses them and last week an employee was experiencing some lightheadedness. I took him to the location, they showed no concern or urgency. They wouldn't see him because he was over 65 and they didn't have a physician onsite. (That's crazy!) and didn't offer ANY assistance even though he was having trouble breathing and standing. Their only advice was referring us to further locations. I ended up having to call 911 from their parking lot because they were so terrible. Furthermore, we have another employee who has been receiving treatment here since February for an injury and he communicated they were unprofessional and he felt they didn't know what they were doing. We advocated to get him seen by a different physician, who told him today that the care and recommendations by this office for physical therapy for the injury that he'd sustained was not appropriate and he could now potentially have lifelong damage. NEVER EVER GO HERE.

Don’t go for covid test. According to my insurance, my insurance waives the $50 copay for anything Covid related. This Urgent care charges me $50, and didn’t report it to my insurance. Also, it was a 7 day turnaround.they sent the sample to a lab and the lab results said “results may be inconclusive due to the time it took for the sample to get sent to the lab”

I visted this afternoon and had no problems getting seen and the staff was nice and respectful. I was in and out in about an hour. I would recommend going to this med 7 over others I've been to. This was faster and a better experience for me over all!

Staff very unfriendly. Continued a conversation with coworkers without acknowledging me. Never will come back

It took an hour just to get my girlfriend into a room. I would understand if there were people in front of her but we were literally the first people in there. If you are willing to waste 2-3 hours of your day then come on over to this place. Not going here again.

Some staff is really mean here, and all of them are super slow. I waited for my prescription for 20 min

I was very pleased with the medical staff. The wait time was a bit long, but that is to be expected with urgent care. Since I have asthma and came in with the flu Dr. Mary (couldn't read her last name) gave me a breathing treatment before sending me to get my prescriptions. Thank you all!

I've been here before and have always had great service. Came in today with upper respiratory issues. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I have no insurance, needed a prescription and my total out of pocket cost was less than $200. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I am grateful.

I brought my 6 month old baby with temperature. There were only 4 people ahead of us in the waiting room. We waited for our turn and were called in the room. Waited for over an hour in the room with baby screaming. So disappointing! Why making infant suffer more than necessary?

MED 7 provided me with professional care in a most timely manner. Everyone was extremely professional and very kind. Thank you!

Very caring and courteous staff. Was in and out under 2 hours. Compared to other urgent clinics in the area. This one tops my list.

Always have the patient's best interest in mind. They have taken care of me carefully and efficiently each time I have gone here. I choose this place over any hospital because they are constantly helping out. From the front desk check in, to the nurses and doctors.they are always head and shoulders above the rest. The way they practice medical care should be studied and implemented amongst the respective professional community. I'm happy that I found this place.

Great staff who are always friendly and helpful. Today I forgot my insurance card and the receptionist was helpful and luckily able to look me up in the system. Everyone I met was great, when you're not feeling well the last thing you want to do deal with is people who don't seem to care.

I moved from Los Angeles 2 years ago. And still have yet to obtain a primary care physician due to the fact that I love going to Med7. The care there is top notch. All the staff is professional and caring. I would highly recommend them!

I would never return to this clinic again. It's a joke.the front desk assiaassi was rude and unaware of her surroundings. The "doctor" was a Physicians Assistant not a real doctor.
This is our 2nd trip here where they collected our copay and insurance info and told is to go to the emergency. I have seen 3 other people leave before me with the same "daignosis" today.
Unprofessional! Do not waste your time and money here.

Service here is good. MA was very thorough with subjective assessments and vitals (noticing I had my legs crossed before taking my BP). Overall I like coming here versus the ED for minor urgent care. Dr's and PA's are also very good.
