MED7 Urgent Care Center

Great clinic, very professional manner, and many of the staff are congenial and easy to talk to, friendly. You may have to wait when the, waiting room fills up, but it's probably worth waiting for.

I was unhappy with the doctor. I was not sure where my pain was coming from. The doctor had treated me like I was there trying to get some pain medications. I never asked for any medication I only want to know what is causing the pain on my left leg. I am still in pain but I have a doctors appointment in two days. I will find out what is wrong. So the doctor should never judge anyone he should do his job.also the discharge paper said that I had the flu.that is crazy

Great service with a smile. Really nice to see in today's age when customer service has gone out the window.

Great place. I have been seen for workers comp injury and have had wonderful service. Both Staff and Doctors are great!

Always take care of me when I can't get to my Dr. Sometimes it can be quite a wait but if you are sick who cares right.

My visit on 7/6 was 1 of many scheduled visits at Med 7. I've always had decent doctor visits and short wait times. I was scheduled elsewhere by Med 7 for a EMG and on my next 2 visits at Med 7 they still had not received the results. On one of my visits I was not told to return to work and that caused a very big issue.

The process was quick. I was bleeding. Doctor seem to careless about patents. Kinda unprofessional to see a doctor like this in medical terms. Only one nurse did the job correctly.

My last visit with Dr. Baum was great- She was very thorough in trying to figure out what was going on with my eyelid irritation as I had been battling it for a few weeks. She spoke to me in a way that I could understand and I didn’t feel rushed during my visit. The wait time is reasonable, usually not very busy when I go. The location is convenient for me, clean, and efficient practice.

Service was professional and top notch. I cannot recall the name of the Physician Assistant that treated me, but she was great.

I have used MED7 several times when I haven't been able to make an appointment with my GP. The staff and Doctors are always wonderful. The wait depends on how busy they are. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! I was in, and out.they treated me with kindness, and care like I was part of the family.my total time in the office was approx. 2 hours that's with my xrays, and results immediatly.its a great place.thank u very much

I came in late Saturday afternoon after half of my back tooth broke off. I was really worried but the doctor assured me I would live another day and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. Friendly, no nonsense staff, and they had the hockey game on TV

I checked in and as a new patient, so I filled out my paperwork and brought it back up to the front desk. Then I waited for my turn. The receptionist/office staff was nice. The assistant who weighed me and check my blood pressure was also very nice. She asked the reason I was here for and I explained to her. Then Doctor Henderson came in and was able to get me what I needed. The team was great. Excellent customer service!

Doctors are unprofessional front desk just ready to take your money and doctors are always in a hurry to go and see another patient in make money. Come on please we are paying money to you guy, so please send time with your Patient and please write prescription acconding to the patient needs.

In my opinion great timing considering it's a walk-in facility. My nurses DANIELLE and MERCEDES where awesome! Gave me detailed information about what I should expect during my visit. JOSH was amazing as well took his time to talk to me about my concerns and even elaborated about personal health issues that I had. I would definitely come back and refer this place to others.

Worst place ever. Main receptionist is an African American female with glasses and is rude, incompetent and has the most terrible customer service experience I have ever encountered in my life. Wait times are long. The people who come here and always screaming and using foul language.

Very slow was told wait time was 1: 30 and I've been here over 2hours and I still haven't been called in yet to see a doctor
