The operator is very rude. I've called over 10 times and she won't transfer me to help get a copy of my lease. She isn't willing to help and simplify stopped answering the phone because she didn't feel.like helping

Ivan at the Beverly Hills service center was so helpful and made sure I got taken care of in a timely fashion. He really understood the issue and was great at explaining what needed to be fixed. I feel lucky to have had his assistance. He prioritized my needs and made what could’ve been a really stressful situation much better.

I have used BH Benz for a little over 3 years. While my new service advisor was perfect (Munique), the Service Department is now being managed very poorly. When calling the service department, the phone rings and rings, finally being answered by someone in Texas. They can transfer your call but since the voicemail service doesn't seem to be set up, you can never even leave a message. They can't transfer you to the "courtesy car" desk. They also cannot guarantee a loaner car and I'm now being told that's why they now call it a "courtesy car" as you may or may not get one. Supposedly, their fleet has been depleted so much that they can no longer guarantee one even if you book one way in advance. Then for some reason, when my car was given to me, there were greasey hand prints on my white steering wheel airbag and grease marks on my glove box. In addition, my carpet and floor mats were greasy. I recently cleaned them myself so they were clean when I dropped it off. Based on this last experience I am highly considering using another dealership. This just was not what one would expect from a Mercedes Dealership or even a Hyundai dealership. Monique was perfect! The tools she needs to do her job have obviously been removed!

Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills is the best dealership in Los Angeles hands-down. The service staff are excellent, super friendly and explain everything clearly and leave no question unanswered. My car is always brought back clean and perfect.

This is a business where customer centricity is everything. Probably the best customer care from my sales person, Bobby. Paid attention to my needs, listened carefully and came up with great recommendations and options.

The best service department of any car dealership EVER. They always accommodate and support their loyal customers. Waiting area superb. And advisors like Blandon J.are one in a million for expertise, knowledge and courtesy. Thank you for all the years of support. I will come back again and again.

My service advisor is more than his title signifies. T Mc is very knowledgeable about his customer's vehicles.sometimes diagnosing the problem before it leaves the drop-off bay. T Mc is professional, timely, polite, a great problem solver.even when the issue is not directly related to his area and he seems to really enjoy his work. Thanks tons Terry! I drove into LA with one problem. They identified two more problems and got one fixed within a few hours. For the 1st time Mercedes owner, they helped out and I can return with peace of mind

I had made an appointment for 11: 00am. I arrived on time, but my service advisor, did not arrive to greet me until 11: 30am. He gave no apology or explanation for starting so late. Before he arrived, a couple other employees had informed me that he was with a client, but they all ignored me until I stopped them to ask about his whereabouts.

When he arrived, I informed him of the nature of my visit.including the fact that the tire light was also coming on. He went to take a look at the back of the car and immediately informed me that I needed (2) new tires, and he told me what it would cost. I agreed to move ahead with the services.

He told me that he would be leaving early, but that another advisor would be working on my car upon his departure.

I returned at around 5: 00pm, to find that the advisor thought the car was ready but was told that they forgot to do the recall and would need 35 minutes to finish. Two hours later, the car was ready, but he had to take the invoice back to the manager, because I had been incorrectly charged for the recall and had not received the $75.00 promotional discount. More time!

When the invoice was finally corrected, the advisor went through the invoice to explain what had been done (after requested him to do so). The invoice; however, showed no specifications to justify the new tires. In other words, there was no data, no written proof to justify my need for two new tires. The invoice stated that “I” had requested new tires. I spoke with the manager, who said he agreed that there should have been measurements to show the tire tread. He told the advisor to get my tires and show me.and he did. This all ended at about 7: 30pm!

In summary, I would have appreciated a bit better customer service. Service Advisors. I ask that you acknowledge your customers when they are waiting, apologize for starting 30 minutes late for their appointment, explain to them what you are doing to their car. Show them why they need the work. If you have to leave early, make sure that the person you leave it to knows exactly what is being done and can speak with authority about it. All in all, I know it was a very busy day due to the holiday, but my experience wasn’t quite what I was hoping for during this particular visit. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that BH Mercedes uses it to improve their overall service.

This dealership is super busy, but I had quite a positive experience with service advisor Nick Rempel. He is polite, courteous, and professional. He’s hardworking and has provided excellent customer service. Thanks.

I got my beautiful GLA250 from Alison Burdt, she followed up with me for my special order as far as package and options, and of course price. I contacted to 9 M. B.deals and she found the best deal and value. Alison, you are amazing. Thank you again.

I called the service department the same day I noticed something wasn’t functioning properly with my G wagon and they allowed me to drop off my truck the same day and offered a loaner car which wasn’t needed. My service advisor, Tamir was great at communicating while they fixed my vehicle. I always receive exceptional service at this location.

Extremely disappointed and unhappy. I purchased a cls400 that is absolutely the most horrible riding car I have driven. I fault the salesperson and the organization for allowing me to buy this cheaply made unsafe for the highway automobile and I cannot understand how it carries the elite name of Mercedes Benz BH Mercedes made it seem as if they were sympathetic to my situation but I was totally wrong. After having conversations with the GSM SM won’t shout out names that made it seem like they were on my team as far as understanding because the original salesman wouldn’t respond to my calls. They agreed to let me return/exchange it after they appraised it WOW we know what that meant reduction in price. BH Mercedes is a rip-off. Signed extremely disappointed and unhappy customer

I'm first time customer and it won't be my last visit to Beverly Hills M-Benz for service. Tamir Reichman was my service advisor and he was awesome. He listened and addressed the issues I was having with my S560.

I've was a long time customer of the dealership in South Bay but no longer due to my positive experience at BH. I feel I can trust BH M-Benz to perform the work right the first time and is committed to service after sale. A change in zip code made the difference for me.
