Great staff this place would fail without the people who run it. My only complaint is the self promotion that they use on there cars. It’s a faint eye sore and is somewhat classless. It’s Mercedes so I would think they would use a more classier way.

The service was done on time and there was no issue with a loaner.
I will definitely bring my car back in the same location for my future maintenance.

The person I spoke with at the Houston call center initially, asked me for the details of what I needed done, including whether I needed a loaner. I said yes. When I came in for my service they had no record of my request for a service or my request for a loaner. Which was an inconvenience as I couldn’t wait for a loaner to become available, as there were 3 people ahead of me for whom loaners had not been ordered either.
The shuttle was a big help. My service person, Tamir, was the best I’ve had; he was very helpful.

Today I needed a new tire. It took 2 hours, more than a complete service.
The service assistant was very nice tho.
It took all my patience to be nice.
It was lunchtime and I was very hungry and unlike in the past, they offered NO snacks.
It was a very frustrating experience!

Best experience getting a new lease.
The whole process took just about 2.5hrs. So, test drive, trim selection, application, signing the lease and drive off.

The most organized, cordial and efficient service at MBBH every time. You drop off your car and it’s easy breezy. Once you pick it up it’s always clean and perfect. Haven’t changed dealerships in 18 years and never want to.

I have purchased Mercedes-Benz for over 5 different dealerships across the country and 4 just in the Los Angeles Area. Every time I visit Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills they seem to make the transaction so easy and hassle free. Of course my sales rep Ms. Evonne Ghoul is Amazing. She's always on the customers side and makes sure I get everything I need to insure a pleasant and positive experience. I can't say enough nice things about Evonne and her entire team. If you live in the LA area you know of all the choice you have, but take it from me, no dealership is like Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills. Shop all you want and then go to Beverly Hills to make your finial decision.
