From Operator to Parts Department customer service is just horrible; you guys definitely need a new team.

There is a person in this showroom named Joe Medawar! I was horribly treated by this guy on the very first moment I visited this showroom and asked for leasing quotes and Mercedes options I could consider as a first time buyer. He was sitting at front desk and he promptly responded: “ if you never leased a car before, we can not risk our cars! ”
No question about my budget, my credit, my earning, nothing… whatsoever! That was it!

You, rudest person on the planet, how do you know how much money I have and make, what is my credit score like, whats my budget… you do not even know nothing about me! How dare you to respond to a client like that?
After checking BMW, Audi and LandRover and knowing the car I want is not available because of low inventory I thought of checking Mercedes-Benz options before making my decision! It was not a window shopping! I can afford it thats why I bothered myself to walk in!
I came to this showroom to meet with Mr. Anoosh about it and he was not in that day. I am not going back of and will not consider Mercedes ever either, although Reza tried to invite me to go back there after I called the showroom and reported about that. Thanks to you Reza but shame on this guy and MB for letting him to treat clients this way!

Of course this and all other negative reviews do not bother MB! I can see others had same experience and surprisingly it’s happening again and again!

Wow! That was an absolute quick and easy! I gave my car for a service and within 10 min all together after I walked in I was on the way home on a rental that they provided me thank you guys

This place must test the sales staff to make sure they are snoody. You shouldn't judge people cause i bet i have more cash in my bank then you do. I had to drive to the other mercedes cause the short slick acting guy who spends more time making sure his suit looks nice and putting his touch of grey in his beard rather than treating people with respect. Maybe he was just tryin to show off for the clueless girl he was training. Enico Mercedes Make Some Changes cause this douche bag isnt it. Nir was exceptional and his assistant Sara was delightful. Both were super helpful and professional in getting me into the car I wanted.
