36I had an amazing experience here. I already owned a Mercedes but I never purchased one from this dealership and let’s just say this is the only one I’ll buy one at from now on! I purchased a 2015 E350 and I got the deal of a lifetime! Plus their service is also amazing, everyone is so helpful and they get things done in a timely manner. Henrik is the one that helped me throughout the whole process and he’s such a friendly person that I ended up staying at the dealership for 4 hours without realizing!

Mercedes Benz of Encino has ruined my first car experience for me. If there is even the slightest chance I ever try another Mercedes, it’s because of Mercedes Benz of Calabassas. I have had positive experiences with their service center where they tried to charge me for service for a brand new car and when I asked them to put it in writing, they fixed the car for free in good faith.
Don’t get me wrong. It was my fault for not doing my research and for thinking that all dealerships are the same. It should have raised a red flag to see either 1 star reviews or 5 star reviews, almost as if Mercedes Benz of Encino paid someone off to write reviews for them. Unbelievable. What shameful and disgraceful place.
My second disappointment is with Mercedes Benz itself, that even after all these negative feedbacks regarding Mercedes Benz of Encino, they do not take more drastic measures, but rather ignore the atrocities being performed at Mercedes Benz of Encino.
If you are reading this, stay away from Mercedes Benz of Encino! Try any other dealership. I would rather buy a scooter than buy another lemon car from Mercedess Benz of Encino.

This was my first Mercedes purchase, and I did a fair amount of research before making a quick tour of the local MB dealerships. In a 200-mile range, only MB of Encino had a C300 with the specific options I wanted. The salesman I worked with was Chris Beigi. He was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate my schedule as I worked my way to a final decision. 'Car sales' is a field that doesn't enjoy a very good reputation - and I'm just one data point potential buyers should consider. But for me, Chris and the rest of the staff at MB of Encino made the whole process a good experience from start to finish. I'm very happy with my car.

We had the BEST and most personal experience at MERCEDES-BENZ OF ENCINO! They met our needs at EVERY point, had MANY cars to choose from, gave us a super good and fair price that worked within our budget. We had been to and worked with several other MB dealerships and this one FAR EXCEEDS any other experience we have had. This is my 3rd MB and I would highly recommend MB of Encino for sure! Mihir Dharkar and Vanessa Jackson were amazing! Thank you so much! They made our buying/leasing experience SO pleasant. Will definitely come back here in the future!
Worse place.they act nice at first but when you have issue with Thier new cars they are rude. Worse people to talk too. Better of contacting better business bureau.

Negative on service department, decent deals on sales. BEWARE of service department! This location will mess up your car even more, I'll be a fool to take it back. Also, bad customer service and they will delay your repairs for unreasonable time. Let it be a warning to you.if you did not already know. They will call you back to argue (Michael M. - service manager) and attack/accuse you of lying which was embarrassing. I truly feel like the owner and all others do not give a S**** about your concerns. Look at their website and over exaggerated statement of about first class customer service and its special repair services a few others have to offer. It states "you get benefits few others have to offer. You get the added assurances of placing your mercedes-benz of encino into the most capable hands of our award winning service team". Maybe this ended in 2015? Because it sure states whatever award was given, if its true, it was from 2013 to 2015. This is a Mercedes Benz brand.and authorized dealer. Any businesses should know that customer services is priority and most of the time if not all the time being correct about a problem/complaint. Cause and effect business model. I can only advice that this dealer reach back to the customer for solution with some dignity and careful communication. Otherwise, dont argue or harass the consumer. For all others who had bad experiences here, i truly agree with you.
Any attempt to respond back to negative true statement is scripted or in other words, it means life goes on.too bad for the customer.

It was an amazing experience, I closed the deal on the same day and the sales person Robert and his boss was amazing. I loved the way they treat customer. I am happy to refer my friends and colleagues to MB Encino and happy to be part of MB family.
I don't understand why you can get a $5000 discount on a new car, but not a used one? I asked the salesperson over at Beverly Hill BMW about that and he said "That's Mercedes for you! " but don't take my word for it.go down there and ask for Ismael.lead hole in the @$$ line.
Why have an appointment for service when they do not honor the appointment? Made an appointment and they did nothing after a whole day. When I called they said they were busy; more like too busy for service. Don't waste your time here.
Terrible had to wait in my car over 20 min when they said it was ready Mr. Cruz is terrible as a service did not help at all he promised something then acted like he did not know what he said he sucks

The manager, Shimshon, attitude is terrible and the staff doesn't have experience.
Do not recommend it at all!
