I just bought my son a car here. My experience was superb and amazing. My son got the perfect car he’s been wanting at a fabulous deal. Drove a 3 hour drive that normal is an 1hr in a 1/2, but it was definitely worth the drive. Toshi was our salesman that made my sons dreams come true, he went above and beyond to make sure we walked out with the car. He took a picture of me and my son next to his new car, which was his idea to capture the special moment and he farewell us at the gate. He is the most sweetest and caring salesman no pressure. Go out there and visit Toshi and I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

Disappointed with Service department. Had appt today to handle replacement of recalled airbags. Advised they were out of them and would need to order airbag and reschedule appt. They could of been proactive in calling customer to advise and it could of been handled over phone.

My salesperson Lee Mehlman went above and beyond the call of duty. He was not only professional, but he gave me the car and the deal that "I" wanted. No time was wasted and I walked away a very happy customer. I would recommend this dealership and especially my salesperson, Lee to anyone that wants a great customer experience.

My S550 needed some work that could only be done by the dealership. I called Mercedes Benz roadside and got my vehicle towed to Mercedes Benz of Long Beach and Nick Ortiz was on it right away and constantly called and updated my about the vehicle. The professionals were on it and found the problem and after I gave them the green light, they fixed it and performed other minor repairs. To be honest; I have been delaying some work needed on the car and was thinking about trading it in for a newer model, but after the work they did on it, it feels like a brand new vehicle. The car wash they did on it was great as well. A very big difference from my prior experiences at this dealership. Nick, you are the man and I will be back with my GL550 soon.
