30Mbz of long beach has the best service department by far. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and welcoming smiles on their faces. Rebecca was very pleasant and helpful and helped my process go as smooth as possible for me, given previous experience at another dealership. So I really appreciate the long beach staff.
Was there to buy parts. Seems to be a lot of paperwork for a simple parts purchase but they had what I had ordered 24 hours earlier at the price that was quoted. Counter rep was friendly and process efficient. All good.
I had an excellent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach with Christian. After a horrible horrible buying experience at Mercedes-Benz South Bay I am glad that there is a dealer in the area that is worthy of one's business.
Experience with Phil Chis was absolutely great. Despite us arriving 30 minutes before closing, he took us on a test drive and answered all our questions without hesitation. Also, I was trying my best to get a Mercedes through him even if it wasn't at his location. All things didn't go as planned but I will say I never experienced such great service from a sales advisor at Mercedes. He went above and beyond!

I had a great experience working with Toshi. He helped me get a great car, which I really actually did not expect to get. Toshi was very helpful and not pushy, which was nice. I overall had a great experience getting a car here and I recommend other people to visit the site.
