Received care at this medical center. Asked that I not be put on any mailing list the day I received care.well, I'm on this foundations list.
Since this day, I've called 3 times asking repeatedly to have my name and address REMOVED from your mailing list. I do not want to receive ANY unsolicited mail from this foundation, but almost 2 yrs later the mail still continues to come.
