Nice place. A bit pricey but that's the cost of quality food and drinks. Waitstaff are excellent

Excellent place to rest. Unique historical monument that one can touch and immerse. Had a great tour over the hotel too.

At Las Campanyas Tequila Bar- the ambiance is a lush garden of green trees, plants, and flowers. It's truly beautiful! The service is excellent, waiters are attentive, food is delicious!

The location is great. The service was decent. The only thing I found really ridiculous, is that for a birthday celebration, the restaurant charges for slicing up a birthday cake (which we brought our own and we decided to slice and serve it ourselves.) Just to give a heads-up, for anyone who wants to celebrate someone's birthday in the future, just go for the food.maybe just for happy hour and appetizers. But the location is very beautiful.

A destination. Nostalgic and romantic, an unforgettable stay in old California. Go back in time to experience this historic hotel, with all sorts of places to see a short walk away, shops and eateries. Excellent service. Only a short trip to the Ontario airport and an hour from Temecula wineries. Swimming pool. A place to relax and enjoy.

I stayed here for work during a conference and the hotel is absolutely beautiful with interesting architectural details everywhere you look. My room was very clean with all the typical amenties one would expect. It was one of the crozier rooms I've ever stayed in and not in a small way, but just the design and look of the room felt warm and inviting. The doorways were all deep and rounded at the top and there was a perfect, cute patio overlooking the street. The room was clean, quiet, and totally comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and I couldn't have asked for anything more.
I hadn't really pay attention to the travel plans my employer had arranged and didn't look into where we were staying, expecting a standard style hotel with no real character so I was extremely surprised when we arrived at the Mission Inn and my work trip took on more of a vacation feel. The staff was excellent and the two places we ate in the hotel were also great.

Pros-
Beautiful old building with history in every nook and cranny. Desk staff were lovely. The rooms were a good size. Room service was prompt, and the food was still hot when it arrived.
Cons-
My bathroom at home is more luxurious. The street noise is insane in some parts of the hotel. I was woken up every night/early morning by cops outside on loud speakers, or music, or a fight on the street, or some kind of construction that sounded like they were dismantling the side of the building.
The restaurant staff are, generally speaking, very slow. I stayed for almost a week and ate all my meals in house. During that time, there were only 2 waitresses that took our order, got the food to us, and came with our bill within a reasonable time.

Beautiful hotel with plenty of character and history. The staff was fabulous: helpful, already with a smile and they do a great and efficient job. I came for a conference but would definitely stay here for a personal trip as well.

Right in the heart of downtown Riverside. The mission inn is a gem of a hotel. Sometimes feeling like a museum, other times like a resort and always pleasant and comfortable. The hotel, food and service is much better then should be expected given the very reasonable price much like Riverside in general. I would be happy to visit again.

The stay was gorgeous. Thank you so much to the amazing staff. I stayed here for four days, and I was so comfortable while doing my schoolwork. Such a beautiful hotel with a unique history. Definitely worth the price if one is in the Riverside area. Cannot wait to be back next year. My room was nice and cold. The bed was so soft.
I felt so refreshed for my cbu residency the next day, and staff asked to help me take my things inside my room. So accommodating!

This is a historical hotel so I'll keep that in mind when I see a lot of things that are falling apart, worn, dusty, and unkempt. Don't expect a five star room (again it's old fixtures, doors, and floor plan). No microwave or storage refrigerator (only a mini bar fridge). You're staying here for the experience of the historical building and environment.

The hotel itself is majestic and full of character. Honestly beautiful all the way to the door of your room with decorative lighting at night. Very interesting architecture. Just don't stay on the 4th floor if you are afraid of heights as the only way to your room is along thin railed walkways on the roof looking down to the ground floor patios.

Not very quiet, there is a lot going on at the hotel everyday from weddings, parties, photo shoots, or people walking all over the hotel checking out all the different wings and floors. There were weddings every other day during our stay (and this was in February!). A hundred+ people crowded the lobby making it really hard to get our luggage to the parking garage which is down the street. The nightlife at the plaza bars/lounges can be heard from your room. I can only assume summer season would be worse.

The fitness center is located outside of the hotel with only public sidewalk access which was weird and inconvenient. It was small and the two stationary bikes were broken.

There were a lot of restaurants near by with nice plazas and good varieties of food to walk to. But several homeless people and pan handlers that live there too.

Beautiful historical Inn in the heart of Riverside that had charm and beauty. Love walking around the grounds just to explore the beautiful architecture.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and well-maintained. Staff was very friendly and the property is great for exploring. Things got a bit noisy at night, but the hotel can't control a bunch of drunks shouting in the street lol.

I went here with my family to visit the hotel for some site seeing. It is a gorgeous old hotel with lots of history. Definitely a must see if you are in the area. Or if you can a must stay! My favorite part was the two macaws they have at the hotel.

If you’re looking for a relaxing resort, this is definitely the place to check out. The pool was amazing, spa was definitely a place you want to go to. Everywhere in this hotel I found something new and interesting to check out every day while I was here for a week.

My room is beautiful and very comfortable. Laura at the front desk has been a godsend. I'm handicapped and in a go cart and the whole staff has been extremely helpful and gone out of their way to offer help and suggestions on getting around.

Beautiful place but they only hire part time minimum wage workers so everyone that works there is a highschool student. There building makes you think 5 star hotel, the staff is more motel 6.

Enjoyed a nice meal at Las Campanas. The service was great and the food was delicious. The seating is out doors surround by a nice garden. The weather was nice and as soon as it started to heat up, the server brought out an umbrella to cover our table.
