Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, Riverside CA

I went for a wedding, didn't stay the night, but it was really nice and has a lot of history. The presidential bar had nice appetizers and a good selection of drinks, and the food that was served was very good!

Today I went in with my daughter to view the place for her sweet Sixteen. There was an individual that was wearing a green leaf color Shirt And khaki pants which I believe was the maintenance man Was caught harassing my 16 year old daughter. My daughter brought it to my attention. After leaving the mission inn We run into the individual again. My daughter stated there's that man that I was talking about. So we stand in the shade and as he Passes us by sure enough this individual was caught again practically undressing my daughter or I with his eyes and even had the audacity To turn completely around and still stare (while walking backwards). I told the man what are you looking at She's only sixteen. This Individual Stated thanks for telling me I'm not doing anything wrong but I can still look Then he turns around and continues to walk. I told the man how disgusting she's a child. He turns back around completely around walking backwards and laughs. Like if hes taunting US. As I'm leaving and feel disgusted I called the hotel to speak to the supervisor or somebody in charge in his department And all they can say is to go back to the hotel and make a report. We Feel so violated That my daughter doesn't even want to go back nor have her sweet 16 there and I agree. I feel so upset That something so special has been taken away from such a pretty place all because one ugly Individual and when I call to Report him were being told I have to go back To point him out and make a report. I don't feel that they took my complaint serious! And they would let Such a monster work at such a beautiful place and Get away with it Because I don't feel safe to go back to make a report! This complaint is for the Mexican and black maintenance man in the forest green shirt and khaki Pants. I never felt so violated in my life to think how my 16 year old feels. After today's incident We will not be having her party here thanks for the great experience mission inn Hotel and resort. Left feeling violated & disgusted.
I truly hope the owner of this beautiful place reads this complaint & takes action. If they value their hotel like they say they do then they would remove this problem to help prevent it from happening again.

Went to the Mission Inn brunch and it was glorious. Eggs Benedict, waffles, shrimp scampi, crab legs & prime rib we're all delicious. Great service too.
