Staff might be friendly sometimes but the doctors are always on “vacation” or out, so they end up cancelling the appointment most of the time. Never received a call or a message regarding my cancellation. I was told when I got there.

I do not recommend this place. My mother was given false information. While my mom is coughing and sick at home and can't come to clinic, the staff Maria directs to the nurses. Instead the line was never answer.

They need to get that clinic more organize and learn to treat our elderly with a little more love and concern.
I'm very disappointed how careless they can be with our elderly. Heartbreaking.

Wish i could rate this place 0 stars they don’t even deserve 1.their appointments are almost a month out which whatever i get it but then the day of my appt they call to cancel and then after waiting another month for my appt at 1pm they call me at 9am saying they have time if i’m available and then never called me at 1pm so is this only when YOU have time and doesn’t matter when the patients have their appt? Lol this place is a joke.this isn’t even the first time i’ve had an issue with them; they’ve also diagnosed AND treated me for something i never had - i should’ve SUED.i will be calling back to speak to management/corporate and hopefully they’re not as ridiculously incompetent as their establishment and employees are.

Horrible unpleasant staff. Very rude ignorant and UNPROFESSIONAL. These females don’t know how to properly handle a patient.

First time attending this office for a physical and right off the start they didn't confirm my appointment because they said the number they had was wrong, fine, understandable. I updated my number with them when they were registering me. They also got my name wrong even though I wrote it down and they saw my insurance card and ID. Careless and laziness on their end! Anyway, what pist me off was that they did lab work and made an appointment to review them over the phone. Appointment time came and no phone call, so I decided to call them. Once again, they had my number wrong! Front desk needs to get it together! They also tried charging me $30 to simply review my lab results over the phone, said the insurance was charging this. I told them it was ridiculous and contacted my insurance. I spoke to an insurance agent and even the representative laughed and said they had never heard of such a thing. The doctor's office told the insurance company they were treating the review of labs over the phone as an office visit! NEVER HAVE I EVER had previous doctors or even my children's doctors try to charge to review blood work from a physical! This is just taking advantage of people and trying to get any penny you can! Doctors already over charge and then they try to do this to patients! DO NOT COME HERE! FRONT DESK IS RUDE, THEY DONT DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY BUT ARE QUICK TO CHARGE FOR ANYTHING! THEY EVEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE PHYSICAL WHICH IS COVERED BY INSURANCE UNTIL I CORRECTED THEM! RIDICULOUS! If I could give this office zero stars, I would! Money hungry office!

And are only giving appointment through cell phone and are really rude

This place is unprofessional they make it like you got no choice but to wait and just listen.when you called is a 1hr hold time and when you want refills is a week process.i’m a paying customers i’m taking my business somewhere else

Back office staff are always so friendly. Nurses and NP are all amazing. She is so busy but always takes the time to answer any questions and never makes me feel rushed. All front office staff/reception desk workers are awful and extremely rude. I don't know how they keep their jobs.

I took my son to his first dentist appt there. I called to make the appt. The person who attended me over the phone was very professional and very generous. When i arrived, the front desk was very polite and sweet. When they took my son in to the back to be seen, the dental assistant was very generous as well. Now let me tell you what i wasnt to fond of, the waiting time: (. Im usually a very patient person but the waiting time was overwhelming. My sons appt was at 11am. We have to be there half an hour before so i was there at 10: 30. And i wasnt seen until about 11: 20. And there wasnt even a lot of patients so i dont understand, so that is the only negative. And ive tooken my son there twice already and both times ive gone its been a long wait. Maybe your office should have some magazines, a tv or a small play area just for the convenience for the patients. I think that would help.

So far my kids have been treated well.been diagnosed well.and they dont hesitate on referrals. I love Dr. Fayad

I have a appointment for my mom at 8.50 & have to wait 9.40 morning, too poor service.

Very terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm about to switch my family away from here now. My biggest concern has been trying to get thru to someone when I called. They will put you on hold Everytime and never come back. You would think they would at least take your number to call you back because they are busy with calls. No they will not. I had to take my daughter to urgent Care because they would not take my call to bring my baby in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.

Call this morning to make an appointment and rude lady answer just to tell me to hold on because she had another phone call ahead of me, wait for 15 min and had to hang up and call back just to receive the same answer, well thank you for msking my decision easy to not switch my PA

I've been a patient at MVFHC for several months now and I'm so thankful I found them. My previous doctor's office it would take between 3 to 5 weeks to get an appointment. The wait times after showing up for an appointment would take all day. Not at MVFHC. I make a morning appointment and I'm back home before my coffee gets cold. The staff is great and friendly, the care and attention to my needs is second to none.

This place sucks, they profile and i am native American and it was like a trial' the so called doctor spent less than 3 mins and had me go to sm office and made me sit snd i felt like i was on trile alll in all go to a vet. TIS PLACE SUCKD

This place sucks they didn't even check me up because I didn't have an appointment but I called before going and they told me I would still be able to get checked up I arrived and waited over 3 hours for them to tell me to just make an appointment because I had to wait longer.so ridiculous

My first visit to this location was pretty pleasant. The front desk staff was very friendly and moved with a since of urgency. It didn't take long to see my doctor, it was pretty much on time with my appointment time. The doctor could have been a little more open to listening to me closely but over all she was fine. I would recommend this place to a friend, family member, or stranger

I GIVE DR. CASTRO A 5 RATING SHE'S SENSER AND VERY PROFESDIONAL. UNFORTUNATLY STAFF IS RUDE AND THINK THEY OWN THE PLACE.

The staff that took me in did not know what she was doing when she took my height and after i left the place i asked her do i need any slip for a perscription or make an appointment she told me no im good i can go and they will give me a call about what was wrong with my health. Ive waited for a call its been a week no call i do not recommend coming here it was a waist of my time knowing i really need care for my health.

I had two appointments each time they ask show up 30min early and I do.and they don't call me in tell an 1 half to 2 hours after my appointment.
