Called and spoke Brenda who told me I was "killing her" after I was left on hold twice and hung up on twice. Then she lied and told me that the 11a appointment she said was open for the next day had been filled. I have never been met with such evasive, rude, and unprofessional behavior. Brenda is the worst!
