I saw Carl McPherson. He was very kind and attentive. I shared some things with him that I wasn't very comfortable with and he made me feel very comfortable. It was easy to share with him. I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt very listened to. I hope to see him again. He is a thoughtful physician's assistant. I was a little worried about doing a video appointment because I didn't think that it would be thorough enough, but he was able to meet every single one of my concerns and set up the appointments I needed. It was fast and easy and I really appreciated his time. Thank you so much!

I had such an amazing experience. The nurses are super sweet and the doctor was amazing too. The service is super fast and I would definitely would go back and recommend.

The fact of the matter is they are always there when you need them. No long waits and the staff from front office to Drs. Office are very patient and courteous.

Wonderful service, I loved that I could make an appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour with virtually no wait time between the waiting room and the seeing the doctor. Kind staff and very helpful doctor.

Home sick with a raging headache and sinus infection. Had a very pleasant video Dr. Appointment with. I didn’t get her name! I felt so at ease and the process was very simple. I will definitely be back.or at least another video visit.

Great experience! Was able to take care of previsit information in advance. Able to meet with my medical professional who took her time and did not rush me. All this in my living room. This is the way it should always be! Great job all involved!

I really appreciated how easy it was to make a telehealth appt with PA Carl today. The office sent me texts to walk me through paying copay online and how to access video for my visit and it was all on time. Carl was personable, informative and thorough to make sure I got the right medications and care needed. After my great experience today my husband wants to join this practice also. I was seen quickly and went over my problem with Peter O'Brien. He wrote a prescription and then I had X-rays. I wish he had gone over the medications more because I wasn't sure what to take with my prescription, such as Advil. I also wish he had told me to take a laxative and stool softener with the medications. I was also given a referral for physical therapy. Part of the problem with my visit to the urgent care was that I had taken a pain releiver (norco) earlier and was feeling nauseous.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The professionalism of everyone-from the reception folk to the NP who attended-was of the highest caliber. I left feeling that my problem had been correctly diagnosed and that my treatment had been explained satisfactorily. I highly recommend Murrieta Express Care.

The staff was excellent and showed concern for me and my medical needs. Their staff is to be congratulated on doing an outstanding job.

The wait time at Murrieta Express Care was much shorter than my former urgent care which took forever to get in even with an appointment.

My experiences have always been excellent. The office is spotless. The front and back office staff are friendly and very helpful. Every single Doctor I've seen are always outstanding. They really listen and care to give you the very best care. I highly recommend it.

If you guys have no actual license Dr on site that day, you should inform people at check in -only a P. A.is in. Not have a sore throat only child wait almost 2 hours around a bunch of people with the flu, then inform theres no Dr. Just a P. A. Lost out family business to return.

I had a very pleasant experience there! Christina and Peter O’Brien were very kind and professional, I was in and out in under an hour, they were attentive while also having a sense of urgency. I will definitely go back if I am under the weather!

Dr Phillips and her PA Tiffany are very caring and and actually spend time with you. Sometimes the waits are long but that can be attributed to how much time they take with each patient.

I love this urgent care! If you do express check in online or from your phone you cut those 3 hour urgent waits to normal 30min/1 hour wait. Always have had super friendly, caring staff.

I was refused service as active duty military told tricare would not cover it because I was active duty I called tricare and was told they never even called my them and I was fully covered wast of time
