Murrieta Express Care

They wasted an hour of my time while I was sick. Understaffed. Took them an hour to tell me I needed to call blue shield customer service to find out if they could help. Could've done that in the hour I sat there. If you're not returning and have ppo blue shield stay away.

The wait is a but long but nothing insane. We were the first ones here waited a hour & worth it receptionist & Dr.we're very helpful.

I recently went in at the end of the day for chest pains. They took me in right away, and I was seen by a terrific nurse and PA. They really spent the time with me, went over my record with Dr. Phillips, and gave me a treatment plan. I felt truly cared for in every sense of the word. In all my visits with Dr. Phillips and her staffing, they are terrific.

There is no better urgent care in california. Tiffany is great.been coming here for over 2 years

What a waste of money, if you don't have insurance your better of somewhere else. The staff was normal nothing rude but nothing friendly, the doctor didn't do much besides hear my breathing. Didn't recommend any thing for my pain besides the prices of test that she recommended. Wish I had never even bothered with this place and saved the 95 dollars

Everyone here is very nice & polite. We have always had good experiences with staff & Doctor's are very personable. Sometimes the wait time is lengthily but the care is awesome.

The doctors really good here, we've seen both of them, and they are both caring and really thorough. My family has been coming here since early this year, and it's been an awesome experience every time. The wait isn't ever more than half an hour, and the staff have been helpful and super friendly. We often get a free sample medication that saves us a trip to the pharmacy. I highly recommend this place.

This place is not for kids! Took my two daughters under two.he looked in one ear of my daughter (didn't bother on the other ear). Told my two year old to open her mouth and she of course didn't.have her meds.which I guess I wasn't to upset about because I guess you go to a urgent care for that.but what really made me upset is.he didn't even look at my 6month old.he based it off my 2year old. I was like really?
Do not go here for children!

Everything was great until DR Michele Broad came in (rush rush rush) she was in and out in 2 minutes and the next thing I now thank you have a great day and she walked out. I will never go back again.
