Newport Urgent Care

It’s our goto urgent care. The staff has really gone out of its way in the past to accommodate us. From my wife’s emergency back issues to my sons broken leg they have always gone the extra mile. Highly recommend. Our family appreciates you!

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about going here, no they don't accept cal optima insurance and no they don't accept FSA unless the card owner is present, and no they do not accept cash from cal optima card holders. They just brought out some big security guard to kicked out my friend for trying to pay with cash and she is only 4'11. I guess they don't care about you if they think you are poor

THE WORST PLACE EVER. RUDEST RECEPTIONIST AND STAFF. I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME. THEY SAID THEY WONT LET ME PAY OUT OF POCKET AND LITERALLY KICKED ME OUT. THEY MOST UNREASONABLE.

Horrible experience with rapid PCR test. I asked in advanced and they told me they carried out tests on Saturdays. When I got there the male nurse was ultra rude and told me they would not perform my test and didn't even let me speak. After I showed someone else there the paper they had given me stating Saturdays they DID perform rapid PCRs they said it had been an error but they would do my test. They state 24h results - I had to constantly call to get a paper back where both my last name and gender were incorrect. When I called to get this corrected asap since I was traveling that very same day they told me they could not get it to me on time. So unprofessional and inconsiderate with people whose travel plans depend on their ability to keep what they promise and what we are paying for.

Came for a drug test for work. First time I came I had to wait for 30 minutes but had to leave to get to work. I came back the next morning and o have now been waiting for over an hour. Pretty ridiculous.

I highly recommend Dr. Alipour and Newport urgent Care. I've been to this location several times and they are always really courteous and proactive. I saw Dr. Alipour today and he was really listening to me and took his time assessi g my cluster of symptoms. He was nice and i didnt feel rushed. He gave me a treatment plan that seems perfect.

This place told me to come in before 8: 30 pm for a DOT Physical, then when I got there (at 8: 10 pm) they said the doctor would not do it & to come back the next morning.

Their service is great! Their office is nice and clean. They also have different flavors of coffee there for their patients. The doctor was very kind and helpful. The waiting time wasn’t long and the doctor saw us right after the nurse did the basic clinical tests. I recommend this urgent care to Irvine residence.

Rude receptionist and Nurse working Saturday evenings we took our 2 year old son with fever and vometing, Dr didn't give anything to help him, we had to drive and to a different urgent care and they immediately prescribed antibiotics to help with the pain and fever, please don't waste your co-payment and insurance for this place, find alternative option.

Terrible service. They asked for a million things and still didn't provide genuine health care services. Save your time and go down the street to another urgent care.

I arrived at 7 Pm on a Friday evening and was taken right away. I was correctly diagnosed with a urinary track infection by a very bored looking and seemingly unconcerned doctor. Quickly said he would prescribe some weak antibiotics and rushed away into his office. He gave me no instructions at all. Should have at the least told me to come back or go to the ER if there was no improvement quickly. The antibiotics were wrong and ineffective. By the time I got to my regular doctor on Monday I was was in critical condition. Would give ninus stars if I could.

Great place to go to if you're trying to avoid the ER. Great staff, front desk a little rough but they get the job done!

The doctors here might show up as providers in your network if you look under insurance or with ZocDoc or any other place so beware if you are looking for actual care. This place is a very limited urgent care clinic with zero consideration for its patients or affiliation with other places to even provide referrals. A 5 minute visit where the provider told me she cannot help me charged my insurance $260. Go elsewhere. No urgent care visit should cost this much.

I had an earache this past weekend and since normal doctor’s office was closed so I went by on Sunday morning.

All I can say it that it is Great place! Everyone was so friendly, courteous, professional and quick!

Earache is feeling better already!

After going up & down one way bristol street, I arrived at 7: 59 on a Sunday night. The heartless people here said it's 8pm, we are closed, with absolutely no remorse or consideration! Do they know what the hippocratic oath is? !

The facility is great! All staff is so attentive and friendly. Kelsey at the front desk with the big smile was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained my insurance plan. There was a bit of a wait which was expected since it is an urgent care. Guillermo in the back was very polite and professional. Holly the PA examined me and was very knowledgeable. Overall my experience was AWESOME here and I will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to all.

I absolutely hated how the front desk girl was lying;Hope I never have to find a place like this with such a lazy and incompetent person. It’s not urgent care if you don’t dish out urgency to the emergency.

This place is awesome and I prefer this to my primary doctor. I wish more doctor's offices ran like this one.

I sometimes prefer to go there than my primary doctors office. The wait time is so short and I'am out of there so quickly. The staff is so friendly and the doctors are great. The best urgent care. I've ever been to!
