Nike Factory Store, Torrance CA

After driving more than 30 minutes to get to the store for only a return, they did no let me in because they supposedly close at 6: 40pm, but the online service says 7: 00pm. A return won’t take more than 5 minutes. If they close at 6: 40pm due to covid or whatever other circumstance, it should say the exact time online, so people like me do not drive this far to find a ”closed” store when it should actually be still open.

Found some great deals on the clearance wall. This place is usually PACKED but they also do a decent enough job of having enough employees working to keep things moving. Changing rooms are limited and full of clothes previous customers didn't want.

Bad attitude staff plus Nike's clothes are getting cheaper and cheaper every year ALL their clothes fall apart in a couple months. I really need a new brand

This location is overall the best one compared to the other 3 that's in the greater LA area. It shows the most cleaniness, sizes seem to be in the appropriate areas, people are normally available to help you, some even take the time to remember who you are. Sizes and selection availability is normally good. There are neighboring stores like a Trader Joe's next door so be weary of parking. Plus there is a restroom available inside the store. This is the preferred location to visit for me

This is truly an amazing place that has a lot of choices and large selection of clothing. Prices are better than the department stores.

Staff are really nice and friendly here. Store is relatively busy and sad thing is that there are always not many heat here. Barely some J pops up.

They closed 15 minutes early a few days before Christmas right in multiple customers faces. Guess they were already turning other customers away because as we all left, so did most of the staff. I went elsewhere

There are so many people in there waiting and willing to help you you can't help but find what you're looking for check out people are quick where is busy is it is right now very nice

Nike outlet does not always offer enough value for $. Even clearance items arent not always good price. Hadnt purchased anything in past 5 visits.

Always such a clean and organized to be a outlet store, I love these staff there very nice and helpful. Kudos to Derek very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. He's me his opinion when I ask.

Love this place can get clothes and shoes for half the price I think its like shows that couldnt sell because they always have a 20to 40 percent off on top of the already low price I got 6 pair of shoes for myself and 3 kids and paid 150.

Great variety of Nike product including clothing, footwear and accessories. Though out of the way for most people, the Nike factory store is a source of Nike apparel for a lower cost. Lots of the shoes there are priced much lower than they are regularly. Though the selection is good, they do not have every shoe, and tend to have multiples of a shoe or color way.

The shoe variety was good. But they don't carry enough Team Merchandise. No soccer teams gear, staff was helpful.

Gotta love having a Nike Factory in town. The clothes deals are ok but the selection is good. I love the reuse a shoe to recycle all my old shoes too.

The Sales Associates were well versed in the merchandise and they were polite and very attentative.

I’ve shopped there since it opened and was told with a Nike account that all purchases and transactions would be stored. I was also told that with the account that I didn’t need my receipts for returns or exchanges. I went there today to do an exchange, and never had an issue before, but I guess my last purchase was never stored in my account, and I always provide my email address before each transaction. An employee dropped the ball and I am having to pay for their error. You’ve lost a loyal customer. Thanks to MICHELLE, ANI and Brittney for their lousy customer service today! Remember, customers are always right! Without them, you wouldn’t have a paycheck!

The Nike store has good sales all the time. Especially the shoes on the wall. I suggest checking other Nike stores at different locations because some stores carry some shoes that other stores don't. Can get crowded at times so just have to be patient.
