31I had an amazing experience with this location in down town LA specially the gentleman name David Mares’s who works on the parts and services department, he went beyond his work and and customer service that he provided to me, outstanding work and skills he has, he guided me to every part and was very detailed on what need to be done on my car, I would definitely come back again to this location and had David Mares’s help me out again!
I walked in last Saturday to get my car serviced without an appointment. They accommodated me which was great. Then on my way to leave one of the guys wanted to see if I’d get approved to be able to trade the car. I was approved and I’m happy I took the leap. I’m new to LA so this was a surprise!
I came here when I first moved out to Los Angeles, and Andrew hooked me up with a brand new vehicle back in 2018. Fast forward to the present, the end of my lease was coming up and it was about time to make decision whether to upgrade or finance the lease. I decided to come back to the same guy, Andrew, to see what my options were. I was looking into going for something small and simple, but this man literally hooked me up with the BEST deal possible and rolled out of there with a brand new 2021 Rogue Platinum. I left the dealership with an entirely complete upgrade, ALL the features you could ever ask for and only paying $50 more than before. I'll continue coming back for Andrew Chacon everytime I'm looking to upgrade.
Everything went well until I was bother by Bryant.
I went today for an oil change, Ernie did an excellent job. But when I left and got home I got a text from Bryant (whom I never met) asking me If I can sell my truck to him-Nissan.
What a great example of ethics and professionalism! (I'm being sarcastic)
So that means you personal information at this dealership isn't kept well.
Im very disappointed.
If no one does something in 2 weeks. I'm filing a report to the BBB.
Great, timely and flexible service. Ace was extremely helpful throughout my service experience and highly recommend him as a go to when receiving service on your car.
I bought my first car from here and that’s one of my biggest regrets. The car looked ok but had hidden things that need it fixing. The second time I visited this dealer was because of transmission problems with in first 2 months of having the vehicle. They were trying to charge me $800 for fluids alone. They end it up getting me for $300 for something I later found out from my mechanic had already been done. BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM HERE AND BECAREFUL WHEN TAKING YOUR VEHICLE FOR MAINTENANCE THEY WILL TRY TO UP SALE ON WHATEVER THEY CAN.
I went to downtown nissan to see if I qualify for a vehicle and the customer service was soo amazing and they actually helped me get at 2020 nissan that i wanted even woth bad credit. I highly recommend this place to anybody

As soon as I arrived, Ace Games, the service representative approached me. I did not have to wait. He answered all my questions and was very courteous and patient with me. After the service, he went over each section of the check up evaluation and I was very satisfied with the information. He even gave me suggestions how to increase the life of my vehicle. I highly recommend Ace for any customer.
The service staff was friendly, professional, and fast. The entire process was quick and painless. The dealership was clean, the waiting area was comfortable, and the free hot chocolate was much appreciated.
I have owned Nissan Altima's for over 20 years. Approximately 15 of those 20 years I have used Nissan of Downtown for Service of my cars.and have consistently had Good customer experiences! They will transport you within 5 miles of the dealership which is EXTREMELY convenient for me - I can drop off car in the morning on my way to work and have them pick-up me up to pick my car after work!
I have been there many times for service for my car service was super bad, they were making pay for service on my car that I didn't need.but Denise one of the good ones.so if you go there always look for Denise
Very bad experience with the sales personnel, everyone act unprofessional, probably is a bad training (if is any train). If you don't have a perfect credit you are not welcome!
I brought my car in and I had the best Service Advisor, Ace Games. He made my experience so easy and had such great customer service. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions adequately. I would come back again for an efficient and fast service.
I came to buy a car - they told me they dont have the one i want. I took me an hour to persuade they do have 3 right at the parking lot. Took another hour same day to buy that one cuz i was fixing all typos in papers they made. I came another day to fix that car - waited 15 minutes at the reception with no attention (no other customers were inside just me, I waved twice to an assosiate) and I left. I emailed to a manager about my experience and noone replied.what else can I add to this.
Friendly and acomodating staff. The earlier you can come in to get you car serviced the better.
Desafornately I have to give this review.bad customer service.we purchased a 2018 Nissan rogue about 7 months ago around 3 months ago one of the handles to open back door broke I brought car to dealer and they said that they would replace it.a month later cause they did not call me I swing by and ask.same story they order the part. 3 months later I'm here and requested to meet supervisor.this was 30 min ago.and still waiting. I can tell it wasn't the same service when I was buying car.
After I complained about somethings, the management of the dealership took action quickly about everything. Now it is a great dealership to go with your family, they are organized, efficient, clean and also serve popcorn, coffee and have a great waiting space with sofas and big TV. Definitely a great store ️
Great place to buy vehicle I had a great time with the salesperson and the manager they where so humble and accommodating I will recommend Nissan of downtown to friends and family members, I had no issues at all.
STAY AWAY! I came to this location because I had a small issue with my navigarn/ radio unit where the screen was flipped up side down. Everything else such as the radio, blueBluet, backup camera and etc.worked absolutely fine. Upon the arrival the guy by the name of Ace from service department looked at it and said it's common glitch and a hard reset should fix it, and itlli cost me $145. After waking for a couple of hours he said they couldn't find any hardware issue with the unit but at the same time the hard reset only temporary fixes the issue and I need to replace the unit and it'll cost me $4000!? !? So I left the place just to realize that now my back up camera screen is blank! Tried contacting the guy several times no response.
