Lots of customers but line moved quickly. Reasonably priced for service. Everyone nice and courteous. Just wish the popcorn machine was full.

David was very active in communication and very friendly. He knew what he was talking about and didn't try to sell his service. I like the fact that my service was done quickly and didn't take me the whole day. I would truly recommend this service center to everyone and go with David!

I have always loved Nissan, but if you come across such a terrible service, as here it is easy to change your preferences. I felt as if I would ran into street thieves. Salesman Mike and his boss cooperate to cheating the customers.

I had a wonderful experience at this NISSAN. I’m on a tight budget and my salesman Victor helped me get the best deal possible and never pushed me test out vehicles I couldn’t afford. He and Johnny were a great team. I am very happy with my Rogue Sport!

The worst car dealer ever! They falsely advertised a price of $18,702 for a Rogue SV, reduced from a MSRP of $21,702. After being informed by the sales rep that they always comply with their internet ads, I was surprised with a minimum price of $27,000. Shame on the managers and whoever is responsible for this dealership. Wait for a legal action.

DON'T WORK WITH MIKE
The person (Mike) I contacted with, is lying in every single word. When I spoke to him by phone he has assured me, that he can accept the offer that is on the official Nissan website. So, I have spent one hour to come to this location and then Mike found out that he can't work with the offer because he doesn't have the right car. So I've lost about three hours because Mike didn't check the offer. He just lied to me to convince me to come

I will forever take my Nissian there! Ace has helped me out so much. I’m thankful for him. I was always discourage on taking my car to any type of dealer becuase I’m a “girl” and I put it that way becuase there are places that take advantage when you don’t know anything about cars. I’m thankful Ace always takes care of me and make sure my car is taken care of. I commute an hour away to just get my car service by him. Thank you so much for everything!

All the offers on their website are fake, it's just a bait. Don't work with Mike, he is a liar. His goal is to run your credit score, after that, a lot of hidden details will appear and the price of the car will increase.

The service department at Nissan Of Downtown L. A.always takes care of me. While I wait for my car they provide me with hot coffee, donuts and fresh popcorn. Before I leave they make sure my car is cleaned. I love the associates at Nissan Of Downtown L. A, where they treat the customer #1.

I'm disappointed with these guys.
One of the salesmen MIKE, showed me the car, then when I decided to buy it, he has run my credit score and then he found out that he showed me the wrong car. The right one was much more expensive. So, he run my credit score first to prevent me from buying a car with another diller.
