Imm Khan and Marisol Ruivivar are great people! Had me in and out in No time! All together spend less than 2 hours in the dealership. Mind you I didn't think I would get approved. Plus, Finance person, Jason, was super easy to work with. Will be coming in again! Super happy all together with the experience here!

BEWARE of this dealership, I have been trying to get a refund for a warranty on a car I purchased/traded in from them for almost a year now when I was told it would only take 6-7 weeks! YES A YEAR! I’ve called, left messages and been told the finance manager is not in over 20 times. I know they are ignoring my calls on my warranty refund because they have to pay out for me getting the refund but enough is enough. I just want a call back from the GM and an honest answer as to when I’m going to get my refund, I’m tired of the all the run around. Finance manager is Jason Su please be careful.

When buying a brand-new 370Z at Nissan of Sacramento in 2016, I also purchased an extended warranty. After selling the vehicle privately this past January, I went into the dealership to cancel the policy and ask about getting a refund on the unused portion of the warranty. Two months later I called to ask about the refund. I was directed to Jason in Finance, who told me that he would call me back in ten minutes, which of course he did not do. The following day I called back and was told that he was in a meeting. I left my name and number and of course he did not call. Two days after that I called and was again told he was in a meeting. A few hours later I called back and was yet again told he was in a meeting, but this time I demanded to speak to him. He picked up the call and told me he was going to put me on a brief hold. Fifteen minutes later the call was dropped and he did not call me back. The following Monday I drove to the dealership and met with him for the first time. He told me that he had just spoken with the person who handles warranty refunds and I would be receiving a refund of $510. After waiting 10 days, I called to ask when I would receive the check, but of course I was told Jason was in a meeting and would call me back, and of course he didn't. The following day I emailed Jason and cc'd the General Manager. In my email I let Jason know that I planned to file a complaint with Nissan due to his extremely poor customer service and his refusal to return my phone calls to let me know what was going on. Neither he nor the GM responded to my email. This morning I called Nissan Customer Service to file a complaint and was told that my refund has been processed and I should expect to receive the refund next month - FOUR MONTHS AFTER CANCELING THE POLICY! After ten years of having three Nissan vehicles serviced there, I will never go back.

Person that received my auto was really friendly and kind, very clean area where I waited for my car to be service and restrooms were very clean as well.

I’m back in for routine maintenance for my maxima. I love this Nissan Dealership location! They have the best team of staff. The staff are always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and gets the job done. In my opinion, I think they’re the best in town. I really love coming here to get my car service. From the time I made contact with the dealership to after I drove off the lot in my new Rogue, I had a very positive experience. Every associate that assisted me was helpful and courteous. My sales guy, Jason, was outstanding and accommodating. It's been awhile since I've been to any dealership and not felt pressured. I'd recommend Nissan of Sacramento to anyone in the market for a new car.

I think tracy Nissan helps more. This people don't help. I got a better rate and payment from tracy Nissan. Call them. I got a lemon track from Nissan of Sacramento I thought there help it was going to be better this time. Surprise me my rate was higher and they only send to 1 back. I'm not going here no more.

Service department deserves recognition. Recall was brought to my attention promptly that I did not have prior knowledge of. Arrangements to have the issues fixed were made including rental car services. Prices for service are better than other locations. Definitely worth the drive to Sacramento because of the quality of services and work provided. Employee interaction and knowledge was excellent

My first experience for Nissan of Sacramento, was the most Pleasant visit.staff was very friendly highly professional. We went in there with a 2007 trade in and came out with a 2018 Nissan. Mark Simon pre-qualified us prior to coming in so we were guaranteed a vehicle We Are So Satisfied with this company and will be recommending everybody we know. Thank you Mark Simon you definitely helped my family and I. We are highly grateful for this company. YOU GUYS ROCK!

They act like a inifniti g35 is a different car and dont want to help with it.its literally a nissan, im just asking to buy fluids and the 350z along with every other dam nissan has the same vq35 engine.

We walked in looking to lease on the $199 special and found Edgar. He was great. But my wife just HAD to have a moon roof. So Edgar and his manager were able to help us afford the upgrade, and my wife is happy. Happy wife, happy life. Thanks guys!

This place needs better customer service the service people are not to friendly and their checking is confusing took almost four hours for an oil change and when I checked in they told me 1 hour to 1 hour in a half

Waiting room smelled weird, sticky stuff on the touch screen auto customizer, coffee was out (at 9am?), tables and counters were dirty with what looked like sugar and creamer powder that had been there a while, bathroom toilet was unclean, floor has some weird film. Giving 1 star only because they drove us home and back for free because we were having our car worked on.
