Nissan of Sacramento reviews
37 The customer service there is the worst.
I brought in my Altima to get a recall done to it. A steering wheel locking mechanism which is common for the 3.5 L which prevents you from starting your car. Now if you don't pull up in a nice fancy car and you're not wearing really nice expensive clothes, you literally get shunned and looked down upon. They ignore you, even though you're standing right in front of them. I've been to that place a few times in different cars and indifferent apparel have experience two different interactions. I will not buy my car there, I pay cash for my cars
Went to purchase a new car on presidents day. Service was really bad, you would think they would want to sell a car. Never again.
Been there few times, frendly and courteous personel, excellent work. Took off one star because last time I had to wait 20 minutes before somebody attended me even with no cars in line.
I called before a 60,000 miles service to my Altona Hybrid to get an estimate. Including rear brake pads the estimate was 575.00. When I arrived, it became 747.00. When I went to pick the car, it was 830.00. If you are a woman, get the estimate in writing. Also, they told me it was a 3-4 hours job. I took all my work, settled there with my laptop, and then they told me they need to keep the car for next day. I complained that I felt unfairly treated, and they loaned me a car and I ended up paying the 747.00. But I suggest to get all in writing if you are a woman.
Just bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue with all the bells and whistles. The fleet manager Robert Gala is a man of integrity. The day could not have gone smoother. We emailed the particulars the day before. Upon our arrival the next day, we picked the vehicle did the test drive paperwork and we were out in about 2.5 hours from start to finish. We had a full tank and significant savings. FYI Costco members bring your card you get Costco rates. Robert will hook you up. No fast talking just a great fleet manager. Thanks Robert Regina G
Saw an NV 3500 I wanted to look at. Called in the morning they said 2 were in stock. Got there and they said they sold both already in the morning. Hmm okay but then they didnt even offer other options or look up other places to buy them. Heck I was even willing to order one online. They had one in another color but didn't offer a test drive or anything. Just said we sorry and the guy went to the next person that walked in the door. Guess they don't want our business. Guess we will just go to the next dealership.
I paied them $577 to fix my car that they couldn't even fix. Then my boyfriend left a message telling them we were having our car towed back to.our home but they towed my car to the tow yard. Why would I waa t that when I just cashef out almost 600? Worst experience ever plus they still never gave a pay out to towing my car like promised
Wow! First time in my life we had a great experience buying a car in a dealership. Best salesman was Frederick Howell. No pressure and very knowledgeable. He really listens and tries to help you.
I’ll make this simple, bought a truck, hand shake, paper work signed, drive home. 14 days later finance call, told me to bring the tuck back. And My trade in is damage.
The ones that shine here are the technicians, they do a very good job and are not afraid to tell you the truth about your vehicle's status.the Sales reps on the other hand don't do justice to the Nissan brand.please do your research before buying a vehicle.
Not sure about the purchasing experience but the auto technicians know what they are doing. Good at what they do. And the rentals are ok could use a cleaning though.
In my 55 years of dealing with car dealerships,
Nissan of Sacramento is the absolute best dealer in every way that I have ever encountered.
They are great with their service, sales, and customer service.
My sweetheart and I showed up at this Nissan dealership on Tuesday with our new Chevy Volt. We were complete novices at this all-electric car thing and we mistakenly thought they had the kind of charger we needed. Krishan in Sales and John in Service came to the rescue! They helped us find the app for our phone that gave us all the info we needed to continue on our epic voyage from Portland, Oregon to San Diego, California. I can't thank you both enough!
We went there last weekend, but one of the sales manager instead of giving us options first on how to get our new vehicle, he instead ask us how much we can put as a down payment, he even ask my wife how much she can save for a down payment. Not a good start for new customers.
We waited over 2 hours. Cashier was charging us over $80 more. Service agent Ricky Yang failed to have our car washed. Worst place ever. Do not recommend.
I purchased my car from them. My one star rating is for the service. Everytime the service is worse than the time before and it's a one year old car with 15000 miles on it.
Every time I come here to drop off my father in-laws car the service has always been top notch. The service team is always friendly and professional and answers any questions you may have. They even go out of their way to find a place that will do any service your car that they can't do. Good Job!
