Love the experience to shop here! The staff are nice and very welcoming especially Yohance Washington from Chanel makeup counter. He is very attentive, fast in responding to my need even before I asked for help.

What happened? I don't understand, this used to be my favorite store. As a personal shopper for wealthy clients, I was prepared to drop some money at the Walnut Creek location last night. I went to the shoe department and there were FOUR salespeople standing in a cluster by the register. I've never seen that before, usually they are milling about the floor helping people. No one greeted me, no one said anything to me. I had to approach the cluster myself and they all seemed very hesitant to help me. They didn't have what I was looking for in stock, so one guy finally told me I was going to have to go online. Again, no one is moving from their little cluster by the register. Don't y'all work on commission? I miss the old Nordstrom. The one where the sales people would say things like, "Oh, I'm sorry we don't have that in your size at the moment, but let me show you some other styles that are similar. " And then BOOM an hour later. I'm walking out with 5 pairs of shoes that I didn't even know I wanted. What happened to THOSE days? Yeah, so like I said, I shop for other people with a nearly unlimited budget. Big mistake cluster of "sales people" by the reg. Huge.

Just an excellent department store with convenient close parking available. Sales galore, shop and enjoy.

Some of the fanciest and highest quality designer brands out there, imported from the most envied countries the European union has to offer.

Bought some tightly whities which were in the backroom.guess everyone is wearing bikinis now lol Good service as usual but kind of creepy without people buzzing around.

Unfriendly staff, seemed to be overly cautious and protective of partly product they had in the store. The store staff did not seem to want us to be browsing which sort of defeats the whole propose of a walk in Retail store.

Went to get a dress shirt and tie, we were greeted by ABDUL, He was so helpful and very patient, polite and knew his products. We will always go here because of Abdul, I was so impressed that I was planning to get my wife Valentino shoes as a surprise, as we were walking I saw the shoes and went back got Abdul and we spent another $1200.

Simon was a true gem at the Jo Malone counter. Thank you for answering all my questions and more. He is very knowledgeable on the history and whole line of Jo. Also, gave me at least 6 perfume samples! Thank you Simon! <3

So thankful for all the help I got from Nicole at the Mac counter. Not only did Nicole help with my Mac purchases but because she took the time to talk to me and find out what I need and why, I got a great Bobbi Brown foundation that looks great, feels amazing and lasts all day. So greatful for all her help.

I came here to return a Mac duggal dress I bought online that was too big. The customer service line was long but the wait in line went by really quickly. My returns were processed with ease.

It is a nice store. I liked to go there to buy my brother birthday and Christmas presents until he passed away last year.

A really nice and clean shopping area. Parking is free for 3 hours, which is a good benefit. You can basically get anything you need there. The staff is very nice and helpful and support you in any way possible. I had a great shopping day when I was there and would recommend it to anyone who likes nice and tidy shopping malls.

Desperatly in need of many more units for Handicap Parking! It is very difficult to reach stores when having to walk long distances for lack of available parking. Please, add many more near elevators.

Each time I visit this place I am not greeted or even acknowledged. I am used to the old Nordstrom where everyone is friendly and treats the customers with respect. This not that place.

Great for men's shopping.straight in and out, no messing, you might pay a little more, but the quality of products and the service is worth it.

A beautiful place to shop, with fine landscaping, pleasant music, high-quality architecture, all the best stores, with easy parking. The new improvements and additions make it an even more satisfying experience. Looking forward to holiday shopping!

Great selection of clothing and shoes! Excellent customer service, I came in to purchase a few things and service was quick and everyone was very helpful. I also had lunch at the cafe on the 3rd floor, the cashier offered his recommendation and I’m glad I went! Great in door and outdoor seating areas, service was fast and the server checked on me several times. I will be returning!

The store was very clean and enviting. My customer service experience in Women Shoes was very prompt and professional. My experience at the MAC counter was rushed and the make-up artists we're very disengaging, was a bit disappointed. The overall store is very beautiful.
