29The store seemed super busy and slightly disorganized but the employees were friendly and they had a nice selection of clothing/apparel.
The older white sales people do not acknowledge you or greet you to say someone will be with you shortly. Young ones are professional. At least the two that assisted me today.
I enjoy the variety of stores, the parking areas and the music playing as you walk on Main Street!
Used to shop Nordstrom over the years, but haven't been there in awhile. Made a point to check out the old Walnut Creek store today. I was impressed with the cleanliness, decor, and lay out as I walked through. Some of the employees lacked the sharp, snappy appearance I used to not at Nordstrom stores, but other than that the floors sparkled, the cosmetics counters shined, and the jewelry sparkled as always. In this day and age of the "great brick and mortar slide" it is a pleasure to see Nordstrom is trying to stay at the top, bothering to care about cleanliness and presentation is important. They get, and few others do.
Decent men's selection, had a couple clingy sales staff. But nice clean store and great location
The atmosphere is pleasant, very accessible to shopping and places to eat
Outdoor music on occasion, events holiday events.
Having a wonderful time enjoyed the fashion show and the facial treatment and had my makeup done for the first time great experience and service
Walnut Creek Nordstroms has the BEST consistent customer service in the Bay Area! See Ieshia or Amy in cosmetics and fragrances, these ladies know their products!
Outstanding Customer Service from Nordstrom's personal stylist. Her name is Ashley and I appreciate all the time she has taken to help me pick out a new wardrobe. She is fun and nice and I reccommend her services to anyone in need of a new look or just some new key pieces of clothing. This Nordstroms is very nice and clean and the entire mall it is in is nice as well. Thanks again for all your help Ashley and hopefully I see you soon.
