Nordstrom Rack Oakridge, San Jose CA

The new management and Entire staff are polite, attentive & courteous. Even after store closed, felt like i was in the twilight zone, unreal. But they're real alright. If you arrive a few minutes before they close they greet you w/a warm welcome. This how shopping should feel. GREAT JOB Thank you

Welcoming experience, with hand sanitizer at the entrance and exits, along with gloves and masks. Lots of good clearance specials and more shoes than I remember seeing before.)

Order some clothes and get a wrong item. Need to return it in store. Seems it just reopens today, on 6/18. A long queue outside the store.

When I bought anything here, I really like it.
Price cheaper, anything cheaper and shipped very fast (2 days). I love nordstrom Rack

Things were all bunched up, very crowded. Good for business but uncomfortable for customers at least me.

Mediocre Rack store. Nowhere near full of deals like Oakridge or Palo Alto. Rude staff that will follow you around but not help if asked for.

Place needs more cashier's and that's hard to get during the shopping season. Easier to buy online sadly

Lots of nickel free earrings that look great. I had multiple coices for the colors I was looking for

Very stuffed with merchandise every where. Kind of overwhelming. Lines to register moves pretty fast. You can find bargain and name brands.

Great value and happy with my selections but it's getting more and more sloppy and hard to find sizes and clothes in store. Not enough floor staff to assist, feels like a Ross with Nordstrom prices

Best place to shop next to Nordstrom, great quality very reasonable prices, and of course the service is fantastic.

Racks are too close and not as full as most other NR. Brands aren’t as good as the Westgate store.

More disorganized than other Rack stores I’ve been too. But they still have good deals, you just have to search through a lot of items.

The lines can get lengthy but bargains are sometimes worth the wait

Always find good brand items. Bathrooms on spot. Very well organized and selections of items. Best time to go is in the early opening.

Too much clothing on the racks. Disorganized and the retail lines are long. Stressful place to shop. I typically go out empty handed.

Overcrowded and very messy. Looks like a war zone. Although I LOVE Nordstrom, the Rack is a wreck.

This is like a fashion Goodwill. Usually nothing that great but occasionally you'll find an amazing buy. It's like a treasure hunt.

This store does not believe in good customer satisfaction. Found two identical products but one was $30 less, asked for a price adjustment but the management “KB” would not make the adjustment saying that’s how it is in their system.identical product but different prices, I think the system is wrong and the way she handled it was not right.
