21I bought the 14th & Union Brandon Derby dress shoes from this Nordstrom Rack back in September. After about a month and a half and after wearing them a few times for different work occasions, the heel of one the shoes completely broke off. I took the defective product back to this Nordstrom Rack and they said the return policy is 30 days. I told them I am not trying to return the shoes because of mere convenience, I want either my money back or store credit because you sold me a defective product. They said sorry 30 day return policy. I spend tens of thousands of dollars at Nordstrom stores every year but now that they will not return my $80 on a defective product, I will never spend money at their stores again. It’s not about the money. It’s about the customer service. Customer service is extremely important in today’s competitive market. There are many different options out there when it comes to where I can spend my money. Bye Felicia!
