Nordstrom The Grove, Los Angeles CA

For such a large location, they barely have anything here that you'd find at most other Nordstrom stores including fine jewelry. The men's selection is slim and the store is always very crowded because it doubles as an entrance to The Grove.

Amazing layout, beautiful art as well as displays. This two story department store deep in the Grove serves as a hub with and outdoor cafe and incredible service. Most items are on the high end which is kind of not the most appealing thing about Nordstroms.

I had an awful experience at the Grove Nordstrom LA location, designer ladies shoes. Someone sent me a package containing my $600 Christian Louboutin shoes with red bag on top to keep them safely. When I started unfolding the red bag, I noticed it was full of human’s hair! I was so disgusted I quickly took a picture and called the manager. She said she will talk to her crew? ! I think it would be worth it to find out who did it and dismiss a nasty person who forgot we live in a Covid time, not mentioning that Nordstrom is considered a high end store! Bottom line, it is unacceptable and hard to believe! I do enclose pictures. I am not going to let this go!

Great place with superb service. Ask the staff about the food and they will help you to get a great lunch or dinner. Margaritas are really good (not in the drink list)

I'm exquisite place to visit in shop, it's one of those elegant must see places especially because it's in the Grove.

A great shopping experience, the mall is really well done, as soon as you walk in you see rows of shops all well themed with so many food choices to choose from.

If you have never eaten at BAR VERDE you must go and order the Smoke and Heat cocktail and the cilantro chicken tacos. Oh and order the chocolate cookies. What a treat

Love Nordstrom's, they always just seem to have what I need when I need it. The sales people are amazing too, if there is any kind of deal, sale, or even a note on your account, which is very easy and handy to have, they are there first to point out to you. Also something I never knew about before is the alteration department, incredible, they're very talented and so friendly. Nordstrom's is always as pleasure, plus they validate for parking at the Grove, and we ALL need that.

Go figure fashion to be a throwback to the days of a housewife in a pullover dress with a half grand price tag. Insane, I would not look once at anyone dressed in their clothes.

Great place. There is something for everyone. Every store you can imagine is represented there and all are top notch. Very impressive for such a large operation!

I believe Nordstrom is one of the biggest stores here in Los Angeles. You can find lots of well-known brands here that can't be found in the other stores and even if the other stores have the brand you wanted, they don't display items as much us this store does. They have lots of staffs that can attend to every customer and for me it's a nice thing.

One of the best places to visit. Farmer's market is nearby too. You get to enjoy live music by some bands. Shopping and dining is good too! In love with this place!

Love this place. Norma in the jewelry department is the best. She's professional and knowledgeable about every department. She been working there for over 10 years. She delivers service with a smile.

A nice location for a Nordstrom store. I shop for cosmetics, the selection is ample and the employees very helpful.

I have always this as Nordstrom a 4 stars until today when I found a Tesla inside the store! Beside this amazing experience expect the same good attention, service and always happy to help personnel in this store. I liked how the sunglasses where arranged, it was easy to find what I was looking for. Good job!
Hint: take your ticket for a free parking! They do it even without buying something.

You're average Nordstrom. But packed. Really packed and all the time. I prefer the one at Americana.

My favorite spot to go shopping! I love taking my daughter here. It's expensive, but definitely worth it for me. They have makeup, skin care, clothing, handbags, sunglasses, and shoes

They have wonderful sales here. I found a shirt that was fitted and Italian as a great gift for my son that was marked down from $80 to $50. The men's department has very nice tasteful clothes and is definitely worth checking out if you have never been in the store or think it is only for women.

This branch of Nordstrom is awesome compared to others. There are lots of choices for babies. I got all the things I need.

Nice store, can be very busy, but they usually have a lot of staff on hand.
Can be very expensive but they have big sales a few times a year.
