Nordstrom The Grove, Los Angeles CA

They failed to have the merchandise I went in to purchase and their validation system for handicap was poor.

Great place to visit for tourist and locals. Yummy foods, shopping. I used to work there and visit often.

Amazing beauty counter with every product imaginable and good help. They validate parking which is a huge plus. I will definitely return.

I’m not positive, but I believe this Nordstrom location is smaller than others, and therefor lacks some of the products you can normally find at the larger locations. With that being said, it’s still a great store. Being located in the Grove means plenty of parking and the selection is still substantial enough for me to be able to find some items I like.

I just LOVE Nordstrom. Have been shopping there for ages. They have the best selection and the most incredible customer service! Always impeccable, always above and beyond. Thank you for being amazing!

For how big this store is I think the staff does a really good job of keeping everything very neat and tidy! I can't imagine how challenging it is to organize a store of this size so my hat's off to all the employees who hustle to make this store look great all the time!

In the kids department the staff was fabulous. This male staff member really helped my family and I out by always checking on us and asking if we needed anything. I was really impressed how the staff was so helpful, kind and caring. I will defiantly be coming back soon!
