We had such a great experience at this dealer. I stopped by to test drive a couple cars and met Barry Luke. He took his time and showed me the cars I wanted to see and explained all the new features. Afterward, we sat down and discussed pricing. He was very polite, not pushy, and a pleasure to work with. A few weeks later I was ready to purchase, so I came back and asked for Barry. We discussed some used car options, and decided a new car would better suit all my needs. He found me the perfect CRV. Barry worked with his manager Danny to get us a very fair price on the vehicle. Ryan in finance made finalizing my purchase smooth and easy. I highly recommend giving Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach the opportunity to earn your business.

It was a long day that I went around looking for a car at other dealerships and I ended up at Norm Reeves and didn't take long, and I got a nice car that I really enjoy driving now and the color too. Purchased a used 2016 Accord Sport in February. I was pleased with fast service and the hassle-free test driving experience. Showed up to the dealership after making an appointment with Youssef, and he met me without any wait time. I was given the keys to the vehicle and was able to take a test drive without the awkwardness of having a salesman on the car with you trying to convince me “why I needed that car”. After a quick test drive, it was back to the negotiating table. I liked the car due to the amazing like-new condition of the vehicle, the extra bells and whistles, and the price. After a brief, and usual, back and forth with the finance company, we agreed on a deal. I was able to finance the car through my credit Union right on the spot, instead of using Honda’s bank. The final paperwork took longer than expected but I was pleased with my purchase. I was able to purchase an extended warranty that protected the car for the next 4 years. As I walked out to receive the keys to my newly acquired vehicle, I was surprised to find out the car only came with one key. Being a used car, I guess it’s normal for cars to come with only 1 key. I just wish I was told this information beforehand, instead of being surprised after I had already signed all my paperwork. Overall the buying process was very smooth and the service was excellent. I would recommend Tame Youssef as your point of contact when buying a vehicle from this location.
UPDATE: after having the car for almost 1 month and less than 1000 miles, I got a check engine light on my dash. Took the car back to the dealership and dropped it off for inspection. Turned out the car had a faulty catalytic converter and needed to stay over night for a free warranty replacement. The next day, I received a call from the service desk telling me they had received the wrong part and needed the car for another day. While I had the service tech on the line, I inquired about a price for a spare key. I was advised the key would cost $192! I called Youssef (sales person) and expressed my dissatisfaction with the inconvenience of being without a car for 3 day after only owning it for less than a month, and about the price for a key I didn’t know would cost so much money. The next day, I picked up my car and paid for a new spare key minus $50 off. The car has been running smooth without any issues so I’m happy everything worked out but I was disappointed I had to go through 3-days of car repair less than a month into owning it. Also, was not happy about the whole spare key price, I wish they would’ve just thrown in a free key for the inconvenience. I guess it’s a lesson learned on my part. This would’ve been a 5-star review if it hadn’t been for the 3 days car repair, and a very expensive spare key. Aside from the minor hiccup this place is very clean, friendly, and professional. I would still recommend this dealership and Youssef as your salesman, and I will come back next time I’m on the market for my next Honda.

Daniel VALDOVINOS and Mike Momo really deserve to be recognized for the outstanding customer service they provided to me. They went above and beyond to make leasing my new Honda HRV AWD a breeze and listened carefully to my thoughts, needs and most importantly budget constraints. If you ever fear going to an automobile center, especially if you a a female, please don’t. They explained everything so clearly and concisely and even gave me so many extras that they certainly weren’t obligated to do. It was just from their generous heart and id like to think because they love dog lovers lol (I have a retired police k9). They truly did not want me to worry about anything and took care of all of the paperwork and honestly given the stress I was under after having to go through two towing services with my k9 dying in the 90 degree heat, they did all of the thinking for me.
I even freaked out at 944 pm worried I might have picked the wrong car off the lot and they both answered my texts to assure me I had the correct vehicle. I don’t know of many doctors that would even return a call like that lol.
You can trust these two gentleman and I encourage you not to let COVID stop you if you are in the need of purchasing a vehicle. They have taken all safety measures and no need to worry.
The entire process was less than two hours and I have a beautiful car that my k9 will enjoy in the mountains when we go on some
New adventures.

I recently purchased a nice used truck from this dealer, and after a long negotiation i had a good deal. The sales person called Kris Chang worked hard in order to give me a good deal. He did what he could to make me happy, and at the end i was. He's such a great person and works really hard. This guy is the best around there. When visiting this dealer, make sure to talk to Kris. He's the one who's going to put a big smile on your face.

Excellent service! My wife had never gone through the process of buying a car and wanted to do so by herself. She probably will never do it again lol but that is not a reflection of Norms Honda. They actually made what had been a frustrating process and turned it into an enjoyable process. First thing is they were honest. So many other dealerships lied to us about having the vehicle we wanted just to get us in the door. Mike was great to work with and JC kept his word and said he would get the vehicle and will send us pics so we knew it was there. Delphine in financial was an absolute joy to work with. Seems cliche to say but we really felt like we knew them a lot longer than one day:) Thank you! It’s still a business but that car will be transporting our most precious cargo, our baby on the way, our son and my wife. Thanks again to all three of you for being awesome.
