Jonathan and Jesse Martinez from Norm Reeves Honda of Huntington Beach made a terrible experience at another dealership (Hardin Haonda) an excellent experience at Norm Reeves Honda of Huntington Beach. I had the worst experience EVER with Hardin Honda. Scott wasted 4 hrs of my time and my family's. Went last Sunday to get my 2015 Honda Accord lease switched to a purchase and after telling Scott over and over again that thats all I wanted to do since the Tuesday before when we made the appointment, once I got to the dealership his intentions and the sales manager, i believe was Eric, was to sell me a 2018 Accord. They said that if i transferred my current car from a lease to a purchase that Honda would charge me for the damages and over miles that i had on my current lease if i decided to change it to a purchase. I told them that thats not what i was told, a sales person at Norm Reeves Homda of Huntington Beach had told me that the damages or mileage on my current lease would not be taken into account if i wanted to keep it. After i told then what another dealership told me they still insisted on selling me the 2018 Accord and that the other dealership was wrong. We then decided not to waste our time with that dealership and set and appointment with Jonathan and Jesse Martinez at Norm Reeves Honda of Huntington Beach for the following Sunday which was today. Norm Reeves Honda of Huntington Beach was all the opposite of Hardin Honda. They were nothing but HONEST with me from beginning to end! BEST experience EVER! Hardin Honda employees can learn a thing or two from Norm Reeves Honda of Huntington Beach especially from Jonathan and Jesse Martinez. Thank You Norm Reeves Honda of Huntington Beach! Keep up the excellent work!

I had a great experience here. Shopped around and did my research, found the best deal for my family here at Norm Reeves Honda HB. John Abarca took care of us on the floor and was great to deal with. I spent $3,000 for a warranty on a new Honda Civic. 1 year after the purchase the ac broke down, and it wasnt covered by the warranty. Dont get the warrant! Its worthless.

I have to say that when I stepped into the sales department this past Saturday my experience was better than ever. Joe Harper was my sales consultant and he went over and above with his customer service and professionalism. He put me into a new civic at a price that fit my families needs perfectly. I recently bought a Honda Civic from Al Hernandez and my experience was amazing. He was extremely helpful and charismatic and went out of his was to further help me out when he didn’t even have to. He was patient when I was wanting to test drive many cars running back and fourth to get me keys and still kept a smile. He was very genuine and made me laugh. Just bought a 2018 Honda Accord. And absolutely had the best and fastest car buying experience ever. Al Hernandez was fantastic! Helped me and my dad get into a Clarity Plug-In, he was very easy to approach and worked with us and got our payments right around where we wanted them. Plus you get an HB Beach pass with the car. Overall wonderful experience!

It's sad that I have to post this not so good experience. I bought a used Honda car from Norm HB dealer, the driverside mirror was taped. I need to visit the dealer twice even with appointments - parts didn't arrived. ALSO, Car was leaking oil on the street - oil was at 50%. After getting upset, the last 4th. Oil service was offered for FREE, but still oil was leaking -it wasn't fix. Cohinsidental after the last oil changed, during the evening at work my car didn't start. I needede to call AAA very late at night. After the last oil change, I drove 1000+ miles and the oil percent was at 75%, took the car back for repairs, they took almost 2 weeks due to parts. YOU get upset with Norm Honda HB, when they supposedly TRIED try try to help you, eventually - huh!

We visited another dealer prior to going to Norm Reeves in Huntington Beach and are thrilled that we made the decision to not purchase from the other as the difference is night and day! We were greeted upon arrival by Mike Tran whom I had spoken to on the phone after submitted an online application and he introduced us to Jonathan Abarca and honestly we couldn't have been happier.

Jonathan listened to what we were saying. He was extremely knowledgeable of the different types of vehicles and of the process in which we needed to go through to get to the end result of purchasing the perfect car for us.
