I had some issues with my dish washer and AC leaking, So i called the office, and I got a good response,
although it was a special situation because of covid-19,
but Dylan, Ardy and Juliana had good cooperation and coordination and they helped me to resolve my issues. I appreciate that

I have been living here since may 27 and the place here is great. I am so happy I moved here. The staff is so friendly and quick to answer any questions or issues I need help on. Oak glen Apartments is clean and quite and I would recommend all my friends and family to live here. Again I am so happy I got to move in here. Very pleased

Scheduled a viewing for the property and Dylan in the office was quick to respond to my inquiry and is personable. Still shopping apartments but overall he made the experience easier by not being pushy and was honest.

Pros: Good maintenance and great management staffs! Place is maintained for years to come (both inside and outside)

Cons: Please avoid at all cost if you are a couple with no kids. Just not the place for this price. Too noisy, buildings are all wood.so every time any garage is opened by around 10 families living around you (all units are so so close to each other), run the washing machine/dryer, vacuum cleaner.you are guaranteed to loose sleep. You can hear people talking in other Washrooms!

We moved in recently and DYLAN has been keeping us his promise of giving all the wonderful service being resident in this community. He is always approachable and very communicative.
I recently had a work order for kitchen and bathroom and SONDERS SINGH was our service rep. He is very kind, thorough and perfect in fixing all the issues we had. Has clear communication about the issues we have and was done right away.

Ardy is always responsed quickly and he is kind to tenant and he is professional. He is doing his best to make uncomfortable us while my family stayed here.

The community is great and so is the maintenance. Sonder has helped us on numerous occasions. He is quick and does a fantastic job.

I moved here in July of 2019, love living here. Nice quite community and excellent maintenance service. Today the service manager Fernando came over to fix my washer and other items in my home. I like the maintenance service I was provided today, thank you Fernando P.
I recommend living here.

I lived in Oak Glen apartments for around two and a half years. The management was good initially and it has become worse in recent months. Especially for the last 9 months. I'm giving poor rating for below reasons.

1. Construction/Renovation throughout the year: Yes. One or the other construction/renovation works is always there for months and months. Initially, management says only 6 to 8 weeks. Later they extend it for 4 more weeks. If you go and ask them they say due to weather construction got affected. The pain thing here is they don't clean the patios and corridors when the work is underway. It is tenants they should clean the dust themselves. If you reach the leasing office, they will ask you to reach a construction manager who is the third party and always not reachable.

2. Record Manipulation: Yes.you heard correct. In my case, I did renew the lease online and complete all the formalities at one rate. After two months, one day morning I got a call from leasing office and they told my lease renewal did not go through and I had to vacate the unit. When I asked them the next steps, they said I need to renew the lease on that rate they mentioned or I had to vacate my place with lease breakage charges. For two months there was no message from the leasing office. When I sat with the manager to see what went wrong, i come to know it was an ex-employee who messed up my account and I become responsible for paying more rent.

The next case was, they were giving a discount $250 when the construction work was in progress. One day i noticed $45 charges (with no- description) in my account. When I called the leasing office, it is charged they put in my account as the construction finished 4 days early.
There was no message here as well.

3. Cleaning Charges: You are responsible for all the charges whatever they say. Yes.you heard correct again. They will send you the pictures of it and believe it or not, some of them are not even yours.

4. Leasing office staff: Leasing staff is "not tenant-friendly" except Lani Hamilton who always puts best efforts to help and assist whenever there is an issue.

Lastly, the maintenance staff is amazing and tenant-friendly.

It is NO place to live.

I put in a work order today for a couple of items. Fernando the Service manager fixed all my requests, he was very professional and kind. I like the service he provided me with today.
I’ve been living at Oak Glen close to 2 years. The maintenance here is good. I like living here, the only concern I have is the construction crew that is currently working on the exterior renovation, they are extremely loud and it can become annoying. I wish the remodeling will be done soon! I’m only giving this 5 star for the maintenance crew here. Thank you Oak Glen.

I want to thank Fernando for the quick service he provided me with today. I had entered a work order and he easily fixed the problem. I had forgot to mention another problem I needed fixed, but once I mentioned it, with out hesitation Fernando took care of the problem in no time. Thank you for your quick response.

Do something about your leasing office jockey Dylan. Guy is very rude and condescending. Needs to work on his manners. Hope you see this dylan

Property always need repair, working since 2 year to maintain it, and they pay inconvenience for 2 months, however, don't understand the pain one has to go through too much noise. You can't bear the nosie throughout the day and no one understands that even after paying so much they are making the residents to stay with a lot of inconvenience. You can't sleep, can't work throughout the day.

CONS
- Old, poorly maintained and UNSAFE apartment buildings.
- Something is ALWAYS broken in your apartment and nobody gonna fix it.
- Zero respect for tenants

PROS
+ Need more practice talking to ignorant and uneducated people? The Oak Glen Apartment office has convenient business hours!
+ Your manager at Walmart told you that you are a unique individual because anyone who he knew before was able to handle a people greeter job? Tell him about the office!
+ Feel like you have the most miserable job in the universe? Prove yourself wrong! Visit the office.

Warren and Luis spent two hours fixing my air conditioner on one of the hottest days of the year -EXCELLENT SERVICE! 5 stars!

If i can give it a ZERO star i would. This place is a Bangladesh slums.lots of Indians live here, their cooking with curry stink up the whole place. Kids yelling, crying and they seems not to care and let the kids cry it out. They hang their clothes over the balconies and look like a third world country slums. They got no common courtesy and slam their doors early in the morning. I had numerous complaint to management and they cannot do a damn thing. I would avoid this place as more and more Indians is moving in.

Lived here for 3 years. If you are late by a few days on your rent they send someone to bang on your door yelling at the top of their lungs that they are there to serve you. Then they charge you for the lawyer fees or whatever is attached to them serving you. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you are immune to having a hard time in your life.

Avoid this place at all costs. The worst management people, have no clue how to do their job. LIES LIES and more LIES. They will do anything to put back on you and never have the compassion to listen to you. People here have no common courtesy, they are filty and stink.

Management will never listen to you.all they worry about is collecting your rent and get people in. Terrible experienced with the girl name Jasmine.
