Oak Glen Apartment Homes, Irvine CA

We lived here for almost 2 years and i personally loved it. Accessible to bike trails, close to parks. Close to I405/I5. The office is always clean which, whenever i would get my package, made me want to just stay and hang out in there. We also love the fact that it is a gated community with its own playground and swimming pools and walking trails, grassy grounds and tables for picnic. Over all, our experience was great and if we have to chace to go back to OC, we'd consider living in Oak Glenn.

I was staying in Oak Glen Apartment Irvine California. Apartment is clean and good but very costly. Also staff is not supportive as they are expected to be in the Oak Glen. They even not aware about their own process specially related to move out. Since I have vacated this apartment on 31st May 2017. Before vacating this apartment #233 they have done the inspection on 26th May 2017. As per report copy everything was fine as per oak glen inspection officer. I stay in this apartment for 9 month as per 12 month contract. After, move out on 31st May 2017, they have done the inspection with external vendors and send the bill to me of $823.98 which is not logical as per their own move out check list document, There was unnecessary charges for paint (3 coat) and bathroom charges (which is already shown to them in 3rd week of move in as per maintenance record). I have written several email to them nothing work out. Anyway I have done the full payment $823.98 to them. But professionally they have not charge me logically as per time left for contract and unnecessary charges. This is mine mature feedback to them
