31Be careful what you sign finance company lies. I didn’t want the extended warranty he reassured me I wasn’t buying it. Come to find out I did. BUYER BE WARE I will NEVER buy a car from here again
I looked at the CRV; Nice car but doesn't ride as smooth as advertised. Friendly people and Everett was helpful, non pressure and pleasant to work with. But I'm looking for a Cadillac ride in a compact SUV. A couple of cars do have it, but as they're not Honda's: not right to mention them here. The Passport has a nicer ride, but is larger and outside my budget. Nice car though.
I had my Honda serviced here for a oil change and they are very inconsistent. One time they will put that sticker that tells you when you can estimate to bring it back and other times they won't. I skipped the previous time and the another dealer told me things like the cabin filter had not been changed in a long time it came out black something they should have checked as well as the oil filter.
If you need to buy a Honda go to Whittier Ocean Honda ask for Craig very good salesman and coordinator of the company will work out good deals with you and will not rip you off
WILL IS AWSOME. HE MEETS HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALIFICATIONS. OTHER REPS ARE NICE BUT THEY REFUSE TO MEET THE CUSTOMERS SERVICES AT A DISCOUNT. I AM A ON GOING CUSTOMER WHEN I NEED SERVICE I GO THERE.
Bad business here.they forced my dad to sign an agreement, of arbitration, when he wished to omit that part on the paperwork. Honda of Whittier called and made an excuse for him to resign the paperwork. The Manager is shady.
Why bother making an appointment if you're not even going to start working on my car until 4 hours past the appointment? Unless your car is under warranty, go to a regular mechanic. It's cheaper and a lot less stressful.
The staff here isn't what I call friendly. Since they got new management, their customer service has gone down tremendously due to all the nice people they laid off. Now they have a couple of women working the front desk who are there just to makeba paycheck. On top of that, they kept adding all these extra charges to our bill that we weren't aware of. Do not take your Honda here! Spare you and your Honda the suffering and take it elsewhere!
Starting point was ok. I got a used vehicle from oceans Honda. They help me finance a car.
BUT! Did not like the results of the car afterward.
Engine light came on. Took it to the dealer and they couldn't identify the problem. Also more codes have been showing up. Don't want to be too negative because they were helpful.
But I will have a lawyer help me out with this because I don't anyone should have a car sold to and for it to have problems pop up later.
Scheduled an appointment to have the DRL issue resolved. Ocean Honda replaced both headlamps - under warranty.
Friendly staff. I love this place. I will recommend Ocean Honda to all my friends. We're family for life.

They sold my dad a car that after a week BROKE DOWN, Then try to scam him selling him a Honda Fit for More than MSRP!
DO NOT TRUST THEM!
It was a really friendly environment, also helpful with any questions we had.
Over all good people, but at the same was to much time waist in closing a deal but I blame that on management, as well with closing the price terms changed higher when it came time to sign. It would have been helpful if they had snacks provided for all that time. But to be fair special thanks go out to Valerie and mostly Everette McMahan Jr.they are the ones that made a real difference in our experience.
I made my appointment 2 weeks in advanced and didn’t have the parts for my car till the day of which made it be longer. Making an appointment does nothing, they still makes you wait in a long line and people who don’t have appointments go before you! Also the employees are very rude, not social at all and they told me I have to pay a certain price but after they did my car they made me pay way more then what they told me.
Once again, thank you Braulio Coronel on my second car this year. Great customer service and prices! I do recommend Ocean Honda of Whittier if you are looking for a nice affordable Honda!
Went to take my car in for a recall service. Customer service was awesome.fast and friendly, very accommodating. I was a little disappointed with the estimate.even with a scheduled appointment, received my car back about 4.5 past the estimated time.
Erick made my experience amazing! My first time buying a car and everyone there went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He did not once pressure me, he helped me out and worked with my budget! Everyone is so awesome there!
No consistency with the staff One person says no worries in regards to a service on Sat. When I arrived they said that they never perform that service on Sat

I knew it before I got in, made it 3ft to a car and got rushed and pushed by a sales person.even asked to just Let me look. Let people look around first man.you lost a sale. 5 stars for the lot tho, it was amazing and clean and a huge selection!
