Lack of respect to customers. Had an employee with attitude in the Parts Department try to tell me I don’t know the year and model of my Civic because the part that I needed was not in their “system” for the make and model of my car, so much for customer service and trying to understand what the problem is. Had to pull out the part out of my car to show him what the hell I’m talking about.

Needed service, service writer helped process quickly. They said it would take a while and offered us a ride in the shuttle.

The sales person never approached me I was trying to catch some but no one was happy to help me so I just walked out of the place

I've been on hold for the past 15 mins.on my second call back just trying to get information on warranty. Any advice is welcome.
