I enjoyed my experience here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Connie Lam was professional and explained what was going on, and answered any questions I had. Brian Stokes was helpful and honest about helping me pick out the perfect frames for my glasses and sunglasses. I will be returning here yearly for my eye exams.

James was amazing! I was in a rush and he came through! Had glasses from Maui Jim and needed a prescription put in. He helped me out and was very accommodating. Got my new glasses and everything worked out!

Dr. Lam was super wonderful with my girls (8 and 13). She explained what she was doing and why, talked to them about why they need to wear their glasses, and listened when they talked about the problems they were experiencing with their vision.
The optician who helped us pick out frames and did all our prescription measurements, James, was also great. He handled the chaos of my kiddos wonderfully. He listened to what the girls liked and helped them find colors and styles that fit and they would love. He encouraged them to try on every pair until they found the one that made them feel like them. He was very sweet.

Staff are very welcoming at this location. There are many styles to choose from and staff are very knowledgeable on up to date styles and fits.

Our family goes every year for our annual exam, and we also purchase our glasses. There is a beautiful selection and they spend as much time as needed to help us choose the right frames and lenses.
