Great customer service experience, wonderful eye appointment. My specs are beautiful they fit amazing. After buying, They also fitted my I’ll-fitting warby parker specs for free. I would’ve appreciated more education on my VSP policy, I was given the savings total but looking at my benefits, progressives were included in my plan, and I had no idea!
This place can get pricey. If you’re looking for a deal, probably not your place. But everything and everyone here is high-quality, and everyone on staff is amazing.
Took a star off just for the pricey glasses I bought, and lack of “Your VSP covers these features for free” but totally worth the buy.
