Almost everything was great. The tech was awesome explained everything that was going on especially when your in there because you were diagnost with cancer and scared. The wait was fast had me in pretty quick. Now comes the bad. The billing department is horrible I paid my co pay and then months later I kept getting called wanting to know if this was Tim Keller I ask who it was? They kept asking me for personal info to verify it was me. I kept asking how this was and what was it pertaining too. They said they can't tell me until I gave them my info. This went on for months and I would just hang up if they would not tell what it was about.and were very rude. Well finally someone called and explained and yes I owed a ballance because the charged me the wrong amount for my co pay. Let them know to fix the bill reflecting the money I already paid and I would pay the balance. Well still nothing and now they threatening me to sent it to collection. I try to look them up but they have so many name changes. Like Wave Imagine, Beverly Imagine, Orange Imaging, and there was one more I forget.who are these people. It's a shame because the techs and office staff were so nice and I will ask my Dr to send me elsewhere next time what a nightmare.

We had completed all the paperwork before, even checked in before we came to front desk 5 minutes before our appointment time. The front desk didn't call us as they were backed up and blame us saying that we were late and wouldn't take us. They say we need to come before our appointment time 20 minutes. No one told us.

They charged me $535.76 up front & didn’t bill my insurance. I have reached out-of-pocket which I should not pay that amount. Tried to call rep to fix. They are so rude, useless anyway. I called my bank.

I have to be honest I was not expecting a lot… I just expected a routine exam… What I went in for. But what I got was extreme customer service! The technician went above and beyond, taking the time to look over my records and make an executive decision to call my provider and get more tests than what I was originally going in for. It meant I got a more thorough examination, and it really surprised me that she actually looked at My records. I’m pretty sure my doctor doesn’t even look at my records before I come in.

Amazing job by Scott and the Staff. The MRI was tough but they were very nice and professional. The office and equipment are clean. The place is quiet and organized.

The tech was very plaesant and made me feel very comfortable. I dont like needles or getting my blood drawn, so he was very observant of that and distracted me with pleasant conversation. Had a great experience in a place where you dont necessarily want to be on a Monday morning.

Orange Advanced Imaging went beyond and I had the best customer service and dealt with with there most professional employees I have ever crossed paths with. Veronica was one of the sweetest most profesional person And made the appointment so pleasant. Thank you guys again.

Easy to get to, lots of parking, clean building, front desk personal cordial and polite. I walked in with out an appointment, the waiting was brief, the technician was fast and professional.

I had a pet scan.they were very prompt
Right on schedule.very kind and answered ally questions.if I should ever need more test I would definitely would want them done there.
Oh and you got a snack when you left.

Need new chairs in ur waiting room. Your waiting room is dirty. The techniciyi had yesterday could of been a little nicer. He was very cold and just didn't care. I have been here several times and have ither techs that are friendly and very nice but not yesterday.

The lady at frondesk was so nice and helpful and I liked her because she’s bilingual. And the other lady who it was taking the imagines she’s so adorable and wow she was talking to me in Spanish all the time

Since I call to make the appointment everybody was nice and clear. The lady who helped me the firts time even called my doctor to clarify something needed and then she called me back the next day.
I am glad I was sent to this office. The lady who did the ultrasound was kind and well mannered.
My results were ready at my doctor's office the next day.
Impressed with the quality of your services.

I was a walk-in, the girls at the front desk were nice and helped me right away.the wait was about 15 mins
