Orange Advanced Imaging

My appt was made to a different office by the call agent however the staff at this location provided excellent customer service and were able to accommodate me in order for me to still be seen.

This was the second MRI I’ve had and the first time in a “tube”! The staff and technician were very professional and made the experience better than I had expected.

Extended hours are very convenient. Staff was very courteous and professional. Overall a positive experience.

I did not care for the way tje front desk managed me as I came in. She said she’d be right with me but left me atanding in front of her for an outrageous amount of time before aknowledging me again. She just kept making copies in front of me-making me feel stupid as I stand there in front of her. Her thick accent did not help. Tje woman behind her was very nice and pleasant but by that time-I already sat down

Office is very nice and the people very professional and friendly. The whole process was organized and was quicker than I expected.

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The ultra sound tech was patient and kind. I liked the availability of an evening appointment.

Very fast process. I had an xray of my hip done and was in and out in under 30 minutes =) staff was very nice and thorough! Thanks for making this an easy procedure! =)

Very nice staff. I went in at my appointment time, didn't have to wait. Sign in process was good.a live person instead of an iPad!

I have been to the Orange imaging center several times and have always had great service and a very friendly experience. Today they went out of their way to get me into my mammogram appt earlier than my appt time. I really appreciated that!

Been here a couple of times for MRI's. Very professional, cleanly, and customer service is top notch. Highly recommend this establishment. Whoops I almost forgot, super fast.

The best imaging center. Stella is amazing. A queen with such experience. Gets you in, gets you out. No waiting around. So helpful. Front desk is always welcoming and cheerful. Someone out to give those girls an award. I just love it here. Gonna make a crown for Stella.

Very friendly, informed and very helpful staff. Specially Glady’s at the front desk, she went above and beyond her duties to make our appointment go very smoothly even though our own dictor’s office created much confusion, Glady’s took care to follow thru each detail until it all got straightened out and we were able to keep our appointment.
