Palm Mountain Resort & Spa, Palm Springs CA

We spent a night here and would not do it agsin. This place is a resort and spa that has seen better days and does not cater to travelers. No on-site restaurant. Rooms are small and much too hot on the sunny side. Coffee service was actually in the bathroom.

This place is in a perfect spot for Palm Springs night life and restaurants, but it does need some modernizing inside the rooms. Otherwise this place would be 6 stars.

Simply a nice roomy place. Yes the building is older, but maintenance upgrades and general cleanliness make this a comfortable place to stay with great proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Great place to stay and right off the main strip. The front desk was friendly always told us good morning as we headed out, stop at their market and enjoy Starbucks coffee, pool is great and hot tub as well. Just wish they had an on site kitchen to get some room service 24/7. Rooms could be updated a little but overall had a great time!

Great place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Hot tub was great, however pool was HEAVILY chlorinated

An odd place, the reception area creates the impression of a luxurious retreat, but the rooms are old fashioned, badly designed, and verging on being dirty. Palm Springs it's self is bit false.

Shabby room in need of upgrading, dead cockroach in the shower, poor lighting and extremely noisy air con unit. The foyer is very plush and modern but thats the only nice thing I can say. Would not go back.

Nice hotel but when checking in we did not feel welcomed at all. The reception staff seems bored with their job.

No complaints! Rooms are nice and clean. Towels are" kinda off-putting" in color. Rooms are very nice and your right in the middle of Downtown Palm Springs.

Air conditioning did not work! We are in a desert here! Somehow my reservation was canceled? Giant cockroach in the bathroom.

Rooms varied a lot in quality. We started in room 130 which was not in good shape and smelled. And moved to 150 which was much better overall. The staff were great in accommodating us. The pool is nice and facilities are well kept overall. The breakfastis a bit of a scam as it is just toast and juice at Ruby's or 3 dollars off Ruby's breakfast menu. Not much of breakfast deal. Overall great location and a good place to stay if you get the right room.

Really liked the location. Right next to all the shops. Could walk back to the room after drinking and dancing. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and tidy.

Have stayed here countless times while leading tours and traveling privately. Beautiful property with friendly, welcoming staff in an ideal location.

If you're looking for someplace over rated, way too expensive and lacking amenities, this is your place. It's amazing that people pay to stay in a place so dated and tired. Someone should tell them the Eisenhower era is over.

Horrible experience.we spent 40 min looking for a parking spot.the employees did not help at all, we had to leave because we couldn't park our car.

Good pool but the bedroom are not very good, the heater is too noisy, the room is not isolated, the bed are pretty decent, for the bathroom, the door is useless, the showerhead is so old I thought I was in a 60 movies. The housekeeping was good.
