30I sold my Harley to them I bought it for 8000 thy took 1500 for it it needed about 2000 in repairs but the price should have been 6000 for them buying it total scam artist.most Harleys are worth 7000 used with 500 miles on it
Excellent customer service. Patrick and the service department have always been extremely helpful with my motorcycle. I've brought my bike in for small things like clutch cable adjustments, missing bolts, etc. It's good to know these guys have my back on everything, even the minor stuff. They're also very knowledgeable and honest. Definitely recommend going to Pasadena Yamaha.

Basically tricked me into opening a credit account when I told Rich I wanted to do a credit check and i was only interested in looking at what a new bike would cost, not ready to buy one that day. Rich was pushy the whole time and pretty much told me I was an idiot for not buying a bike. I should have read the paper I signed more closely but he flat out said it was a credit check, not opening a line of credit. Went with a Honda, better bike and dealer.

Sorry guys but every time I purchase something, I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. The most recent being a battery (you stock) that I had to purchase for the holiday weekend. I bought it for almost $100 when amazon has the same make/model battery for $46 delivered. My fault for waiting till the last minute but shame on you!
Last time I was pricing leak jets and the kid behind the counter didn't even know what I was taking about.

I called at 1005 on a Saturday, to find that the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I needed a tube put in a tire pretty quickly. Took the wheel and tire in, shopped around for a bit, and I was out the door with a new tube installed, and the wheel balanced. While I was waiting, 70 vultures did not harass me trying to sell me everything in the store, but were available to answer any questions I had. I will most definitely be back.
