Made an appointment for 10 am there was only 1 car ahead of me 2 hours later I asked how much longer it will be for my car to be finished and I get told my car hasn't been worked on yet, 2 hours to tell me it's hasn't been touched what's the point of appointments if you don't go by them, I sure won't be coming here again.
Terrible service! I couldn't even get the parts I needed looked up because the cashier was too busy answering the phone and scheduling other appointments. I had to wait 20 minutes just for him to get back from the shop. Expect to wait a long time for subpar service.
I needed a new battery so i purchased one online that came with a free installation. It seemed convenient until I realized they taking over an hour to switch it out. I got here at 4: 50pm my appointment was at 5 and it is now 6pm and im still here in the sitting room as i type this. Save your self 1hr+ and do it at home. Lesson learned
